The ceiling was raised, and the floor lowered to create a spacious en-suite featuring new wood cabinetry with granite countertops and a walk-in shower with custom tile. The secondary bedrooms share a completely remodeled guest bath with raised ceilings and a walk-in shower with custom tiles, Apian Stone Concrete Pavers surrounding a one-of-a-kind custom heated pool with a waterfall and two fountains, an in-ground spa with 6 jets!

PRIVATE POOL, SPA & OUTDOOR LIVING

The pool area was newly remodeled in 2026, giving you a beautiful space to relax and enjoy the Florida atmosphere.

Spend the day swimming, lounging by the pool, or relaxing in the spa while the kids enjoy the water. The entire pool and patio area faces beautiful sunsets!

Grab a drink, settle into a comfortable chair, and watch the sky change colors over the water as another beautiful Florida day comes to an end.

Spa heating is included. A local control panel is provided so guests can conveniently turn the spa on and off and enjoy it according to their preference. Please reach out to inquire about pool heating.

KAYAK, FISH & EXPLORE

The canal behind the home leads toward Tampa Bay, giving you the opportunity to experience Florida from the water.

Complimentary kayaks are available for guests who want to explore the canal and enjoy the peaceful waterfront surroundings. You can also fish from the private dock or simply sit by the water and watch for local wildlife.

Floating Dock to easily and safely take the complimentary kayaks and SUP to the canal and into the bay!

Keep your eyes open—you may even be lucky enough to see a dolphin or manatee passing through the canal!

A small vessel may also be tied to the dock. Please contact the owner regarding the maximum permitted vessel length.

COMFORTABLE, SPACIOUS & FAMILY-FRIENDLY

With three comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms, there is plenty of room for the whole family.

One bathroom is conveniently connected to the primary large bedroom, while the other serves the additional bedrooms and common areas.

Several rooms have direct access to the pool and patio area, including:

This makes it easy to move between the indoor and outdoor spaces throughout the day.

The spacious living room provides a comfortable place to relax after a day in the pool or on the water. Gather everyone together for a family movie night on the large Smart TV, or simply enjoy some downtime in the air-conditioned living space.

FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN

The kitchen is fully stocked and equipped with **new stainless-steel appliances, making it easy to prepare anything from a quick breakfast before heading to the beach to a family dinner enjoyed together at home.

With two dining areas, there is plenty of space for everyone to sit down and enjoy a meal together.

The kitchen will delight with raised ceilings and a large island with a custom wood island created with 100-year-old Heart Pine! Upgraded appliances and a Keurig coffee maker. The master bedroom is large, with sliders that lead to the oasis

Of course, you're also welcome to take your meals outside to the big porch and enjoy them overlooking the canal.

Our space is designed to give you the most relaxing vacation possible as you explore Florida. We provide everything you could need to get started, and we are conveniently located near Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Busch Family Amusement Park and only 70 min from Disney Orlando. The nearest beach, the Apollo Beach Preserve, is 5 minutes away by car.

The house comfortably accommodates you and your group. There are large flat-screen smart TVs in the living room, patio, and each of the two "parents" rooms.

As per the Hillsborough County ordinance, a minimum of 6 nights must be booked.
