Enjoy convenience and comfort in our spacious and beautifully decorated new townhome. Our home features large beds, a community pool and direct access to the iconic Riverwalk. Easily walk or bike to St. Elmo, the famous Incline Railway, UTC Finley Stadium, shop local at the Chattanooga Market, and explore the Southside Restaurants along Main St.
We're only minutes to downtown, attractions and hiking, but tucked away in a quiet community. As an added bonus, enjoy the shared pool where you can cool off on hot summer days (Mid May - Labor Day)!

Why they chose this property

This is a small townhome community at the base of Lookout Mountain. Residents and their guests (that's you!) have access to the community pool (May-September) and the walkway to the amazing Tennessee Riverwalk (there are also rentable bikes with Bike Chattanooga right at the Riverwalk entrance, right near our home). Also walkable to the new Chattanooga Lookouts baseball stadium at Erlanger Park.
This neighborhood is close to everything, but tucked away, making it quieter and safer.
