The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place Only 7 minutes from Broadway, Nissan Stadium, and all activities downtown has to offer. Enjoy the Opry Mills outlet only a short 11 minute drive or Uber ride. 5 minutes from Basement East, Atta Boy, Fox Room, Rosemary Bar and many other awesome East Nashville spots.

This house has everything you will need to make your Nashville get away one to remember.
The space
The space is a 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Craftman home originally built in the late 1940s. In 2021 it underwent a full renovation to add all the modern touches you would expect in a new home. With granite countertops, Hardwood floors throughout, a brand new dream kitchen, and an oversized shower in the primary bathroom this house will exceed your expectations, and have you never wanting to go home.

You will have access to the entire house.

Other things to note:
This house is on a wonderful street in a wonderful neighborhood, but East Nashville is a transitional neighborhood. With that said make sure you lock your car doors, and place any valuables out of sight when leaving them unattended, and make sure you lock up the house and set the alarm before you leave.

**Please note that if you are bringing a pet you are expected to crate your pet while you are away from the house. Leaving them in the backyard when no one is home is NOT ALLOWED**

**Please note if you are booking with more than 2 pets please send me a communication before doing so. I will need to approve your stay before you book. After 2 pets the fee is 75 per additional pet.**

Great Stay

Adam provided a good stay for us. He was very friendly and responded immediately to any questions we had throughout the whole weekend. The check in process was a breeze and the location was extremely convenient. Quick 10 min and relatively inexpensive Uber rides to downtown. The home had a security system which provided peace of mind and a large, tall, fully fenced in yard which was nice for our dog. Overall, we had a great stay.
