Welcome to Bama Cottage!
This gorgeously renovated 3 bedroom 2 bath home is a family's dream come true for vacation! When you pull into the covered carport, let yourself in to this cozy cottage. The living room has games, a smart TV and comfortable seating. There is a gas fireplace to make your winter stay as comfortable as possible! The open floor plan allows you to cook in the kitchen & overlook the living room & through a window looking out at the pool area. If you have young children, you can relax, knowing there is an alarm at the house and chimes that go off if a door is opened to the pool area. There are plenty of board games, books, & children's toys for hours of fun indoors! There is a pack-n-play and highchair available as well.

The Kitchen:
The kitchen has a pot filler, french door style refrigerator, & every possible kitchen utensil you could need to cook a meal! There are plastic utensils that are kid and outdoor friendly! You will also have both a 12 cup coffee maker & a single serve Keurig. You even will receive a starter set of coffee supplies with welcome treats!

The Bedrooms: Sleeping up to 8 people!
Bedroom 1: Twin XL over a Queen size bunk bed, with a Roku smart TV and ceiling fan. This bedroom has access to the hallway tub/shower bathroom located directly across the hallway.
Bedroom 2: Twin over Full bunk bed, with a Roku smart TV & ceiling fan. There is a bathroom with an en-suite walk-in shower.
Bedroom 3: King sized bed with a Roku smart TV and ceiling fan, and has a door leading directly out onto the covered back porch and pool. This bedroom has access to the hallway tub/shower bathroom located directly across the hallway. (The bunk beds are extremely sturdy wooden bunk beds that can hold 350 lbs on top and 600 lbs on bottom bunk)

The Outdoor Oasis:
The outdoor area is a slice of paradise right in the middle of Tuscaloosa! When you walk out onto the covered deck, you will find plenty of seating as well as 5 oscillating mounted fans that will keep you cool on the hottest of days! If you want to grill out, there is a propane grill with utensils! There is back porch TV along with a propane fire pit table. Ready to take a swim? Jump on in for some extra fun! There are plenty of pool toys for the kids, or those that are young at heart! Due to insurance requirements, there is no longer a slide that goes into the pool. However, the slide has been relocated to the playground!
While pets/fur babies are not allowed in the pool, they are more than welcome to stay with you at Bama Cottage! The fully fenced in yard will keep your children happy and your pets safe! The steps that lead off the deck to a grassy area is the perfect place to toss a ball. Or, spend some time playing on the Skywalker Modular Jungle Gym!

We are here to make your stay a wonderful one. We know we’ve done our job well when you ask about coming back to stay with us again. We love having repeat guests, because it feels like family or close friends coming home for a visit. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with questions!

*Check-in time is 4:00pm CST, unless prior written permission has been granted by management. Early check-ins are available upon request, pending availability. There’s a $50 charge per hour, plus tax/fees. Please note, we are unable to confirm an early check-in until 24-48 hours prior to arrival as the property is still open for booking.*

*This home is close to railroad tracks. Depending on the time of year, you can hear it in the house. We have sound machines in each room to diffuse sound.*

*There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. This includes the pool. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.*

*All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification.*

*If your selected property offers the use of trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and stored with these beds.*

*Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals forms and submit photo ID verification directly with our property management company texting system called AKIA. This will also be the primary platform used for communication.*

*Max of two pets allowed with a pet fee of $100 per pet, per stay, plus tax. If you have additional pets, you must receive permission in writing from management and pay additional fees.*

*For stays longer than 2 weeks, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned/ inspected every other week.*
