Josh and the place were great. Our trip was amazing. I would definitely stay here again and would certainly recommend it to anyone traveling to the area as it is a great location between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.
Accommodation was as described and very clean. Lots of nice touches including a basket of snacks. Everything you could think of was provided. Very comfortable, very quiet
Great place for a nice getaway! Great for a 3-4 person family or just as a couple or solo! Very quiet and secluded with all sorts of fun games and activities within the home. Will definitely stay again.
This cabin was perfect for our family of 5! Our boys absolutely loved the loft, full of games and entertainment. Josh and Tiffany were very welcoming - making the place cozy and inviting. The hot tub was very clean which made it even better! A great place to stay, overall!

Thank you so much! We do our very best to make our cabin one that our family would want to stay at every year. We hope to host y’all again!
The property was well put together. It was a great place to spend. Location was nice with a beautiful view. It is a cozy retreat and lovely place to stay.
We really enjoyed our stay here in June of 2024. This cabin is close to Dollywood was a priority for us. It’s also close to everything else happening in the Pigeon Forge area! It was the perfect place for our little family.

Thank you, Steven. Loved that you mentioned being close to Dollywood. Definitely a benefit!
The cabin was just as pictured: beautiful & clean with a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture and beds, updated bathroom, gas fireplace, games of all types including a pool table and a foosball table, awesome porch swing to look at the mountain views and a hot tub. The hosts were super with communication before, during & after the stay. They left a list of local recommendations for restaurants and things to do. It was a great mini vacay and this is an awesome cabin to rent!

This cabin was perfect for our family to spend an end-of-summer long weekend. I loved sitting on the porch swing in the morning and we saw several bears! Kids loved the upstairs game room. Location was great.

About the host
Hosted by Josh
Over the years my wife, our young son and I have made wonderful memories staying at vacation homes around the country. Providing those same experiences for our guests is what gets us out of bed in the morning. Adventures await!
Why they chose this property
The cabin's location is one of the most commonly mentioned features in reviews: 4 miles to Pigeon Forge, 8 miles to Gatlinburg — close to everything but tucked away in the Sky Harbor community where fewer than 5 cars pass on an average day. Soak in the hot tub or shoot pool in the loft while taking in views of Mt. LeConte and the Ober Gatlinburg ski slopes. Scroll through the photos and you'll see Sky View is unlike almost any other cabin in the area. Perfect for a couples romantic getaway, digital nomads or a family adventure that the kids will love!
In spring and summer the cabin is surrounded by full foliage and feels completely private. Fall and winter open up the views considerably — both are worth experiencing.
One heads up: the final stretch of road includes a few steep inclines. Easy in normal conditions, but 4WD or chains are required in snow or ice.
Seasonal note: East Tennessee ladybug season brings live and dead ladybugs around the property for a few weeks as they seek warmth. It's common across the entire region and nothing we can prevent — just good to know ahead of time.
What makes this property unique
There are few cabins that offer the comfort, decor and location that Sky View does. It's perfect for a couples romantic getaway, digital nomads or a family adventure that the kids will love!
