Cabin was as described. However, there was a layer of dust all over the top of the fridge. Half of the cover was off the hot tub when we got there so we didn't use it. Other than that, the cabin was okay for our stay.

Hi George, Thank you for choosing our cabin. We apologize for the dust on the fridge. I have mentioned it to the cleaning crew. As for the cover, we have strong winds up on the mountain to where it pushes the tables and chairs all to one side at times. I can assure you the Hot Tub was clean because we empty it and clean it after each stay. The wind must have blew the cover off before you got there. There are a lot of places that don't even cover the tub or pools. Again thank you Frankl

Cabin was super clean and neat, host was 110% Perfect!! Cabin was exactly what we needed perfect location quite. Cabin had all we needed and plenty of room for the food we brought with. Will recommend and spread the great time and great condition of the cabin.

The property was very nice. It was very clean. The only issue we all had in our group of 4, is that none of the beds were very comfortable. The game room needs better taken care of. The pool cues were all in bad shape there was no chalk for the first 2 days. The furniture in the game room was worn out futon beds, so there was no where comfortable to sit an relax while others played. The toilet paper was the cheap one ply you get at fast food places. For the money you spend these things should be better. The showers need new shower head because of the hard water build up. This makes the water pressure not so great. The toilets do not flush very well like they have now water pressure to them. Also all the towels are the small hair towels, so if you are a normal size person you can't wrap your body in the towel. The door knob leading out to the hot tub is broke, so when trying to access it does not want to open. Positives is good cold a/c. It is quiet. The view is pretty. The place looks great. Good cell service. The porch swing is relaxing and the deck is covered and big. The host responds quick. They do have a camera pointing on you as soon as you pull in.

The cabin was very clean and seemed to be very nice upon arrival, it was well decorated and had a nice deck with a grill, swing, table, and hot tub. There was no garage like Vrbo says. The game room was lacking games, there was a pool table and a few board games but the tv had absolutely nothing to provide entertainment not even a cable box (not a smart tv and no game or dvd systems). The hot tub flashed an error code and stayed around 87 degrees even though it was present to around 100. The roof leaked water into the kitchen when it stormed. There were numerous maintenance issues, you can tell this was a nice place but is in major need of maintenance. I don’t feel like it was worth anywhere near what we paid to stay here at this time but I’m sure in the past it was and could be again.

Hi Cody, Thanks for staying at our cabin. we are sorry that you felt the cabin was not worth your money. But, First off we did not get any calls or emails about any of the problems you stated. There was not a leak in the kitchen. We had that checked out every time it has rained since then. Not sure where the water you seen was coming from. maybe someone spilled water on the floor while you were there. Now the center bubble skylight will tend to condensate if it is real hot outside and cold inside, but that is not near the kitchen, Also there is cable boxes in each room and with all the premium channels offered besides the major pay per view of movie channels like HBO etc. Not sure why you did not see the boxes on top of the tv. We don't keep a firestick or roku there because guest would log in and forget to sign out of their accounts and then others abuse their accounts. As for the Hot tub, if you would have contacted me I could have fixed it in 5 miniutes. Sometimes when the cleaners empty the tub after each guest, they unplug the tub so the pump will not go on without water. when they plug it back it it may go into economy mode and even if the power goes off since you said it was raining. but the hot tub is working fine. We have made sure nothing was wrong with it. As for the game room / Loft. there should be board games and a pool table. We had a couple of video games there but just recently someone needed the cables more than we did and I have new ones on ordered. but there was a bunch of board games there along with the pool table. Also not sure where in VRBO does it say a garage. We don't have pictures of a garage. Maybe they put it as parking available and used garage for private parking, I don't know but I will do research. Again I really wish you would have called , texted or emailed us if you had a problem. We have owned this cabin for over 14 years and it's the only one we have and is also our place to vacation and get away at least once every other month and therefore we try our hardest to keep the 5 star reviews. Anyways, Again thank you for staying but next time if you have issues please contact the owners to make it right before giving a bad review.

Cozy Bears was just what we needed for our getaway! Spacious enough for 5 people. We appreciated the 3 bathrooms. The location was only minutes away from shopping, attractions and food. Would definitely recommend!

Hi, my name is Rosy Raimondi and my husband Frank and I purchased this cabin because we love they way it looked and the cozy feeling it has. Frank has lived in this area most of his life and i myself have been here for over 25 years. I love the mountains but still knowing that I am close to a city. We would love to share our personal cabin with you so that you can enjoy the same feeling we get when we stay there.
