Unit #1402 Villa La Estancia is a privately owned 2200 sq. ft. ocean front full service condominium with an expansive deck located on the main swimming beach in Cabo San Lucas. Unit #1402 affords a private amazing view of Lands End, the Sea of Cortez, Medano Beach and the resort complex. There is a large swimming pool, 5 hot tubs, exercise facility, sauna, steam room, spa, tennis courts, restaurants and a grocery store.
This Unit is the closest and highest 2 bedroom to the ocean.
The property location is ideal for an uninhibited stroll on the beach and also is with in walking distance to downtown and the marina. It is referred to as a 'Home by the Sea'.

**** In September my Villa 1402 went through an $85,000 renovation. New modern furniture throughout, new kitchen Appliances, New washer and dryer, memory foam gel Mattress for all three beds, upgraded 860 thread count bed linens exclusively used for 1402, upgraded towels only to be used by 1402. New Samsung 55" LED TV in living room and 50" LED in both bedrooms. Led recessed lights in every room, Cable TV is provided now, SAT TV coming( dont miss any games) NETFLIX on the LED TV's, is provided for free watch your favorite shows or movies . Ultra fast WIFI in every room of the villa. Make free calls to the US with Voange that is provided in the Villa. USB Wall chargers/ Outlets provided no need to bring the box just the cords for cell phones or tablets. Absolutely the best VILLA at Estancia! Dont Miss Out

Fantastic unit and stay

We loved the unit we rented. Everything was exactly as described or better. The host Jason was super responsive and also ensures you have on property support if needed. Property, pool, beach, restaurants and service all good. Location was easy to get into town to do things off property. Would definitely recommend, we have been to Cabo many times and this is a new favorite.

Highly recommend

This is our third stay at La Estancia, and if I go back to Cabo (hopefully sooner than later!) I would definitely stay here again. The property itself is beautiful, the location is great, walkable to town or a very short car ride. The pools and numerous hot tubs are wonderful, with food/drink service poolside, or drinks available at the in-pool bar. Beach loungers are available on the sand, and all is family friendly. The room was fantastic and has everything you need—full kitchen, plenty of room in the living room and on the deck. The beds were comfortable, and the room was very clean.

Perfect trip

This was our second trip to this resort and this unit is one of the best places we’ve ever stayed anywhere! The host was promptly responsive with our questions and helped us arrange transportation and on site manager was wonderful as well. We would love to rent this unit again!

Excellence at Villa La Estancia

Our two bedroom, three bath, villa was spacious and well maintained. Our personalized concierge service from Oscar was outstanding. A very large balcony with sliding doors from the living room and bedrooms overlooked the pool and had a great ocean view. All the staff were accommodating and friendly. We enjoyed the food at the poolside cafe. We will definitely go back!

Wonderful time!

We had a really nice time staying at this property. The unit had everything you needed, including beautiful views. It was also far enough away from the Marina so that you could escape bustle of that area but also close enough to walk to if you wanted that.

It doesn't get any better than Villa La Estancia

We've stayed here twice now, and this unit was particularly amazing! Beautiful ocean views on a giant deck. The kitchen has all you could ask for, and the two large master suites are so convenient. There's a third bathroom with a shower as well. Perfect for a large family! The community amenities a the property are awesome!

Relaxation in Cabo

The condo was perfect with a great view of the ocean from the balcony. It was large and well appointed with items necessary for basic cooking, laundry, soaps and shampoo. The beds were very comfortable and we were able to open the doors at night to hear the ocean with cool breezes. The resort had some challenges with the elevator, but it just helped us get extra steps in. The property is close enough to downtown to walk but on occasion we took Ubers to the front gate.

Perfect family vacay

Amazing way to cap off our trip

Our stay was wonderful and I highly recommend staying here. Jason's Villa was perfect for our family and he had everything we needed covered. We were greeted by the concierge with Margaritas and fresh guac and chips which was a pleasant surprise. Having a washer and dryer to use was a huge plus with 4 kids under 6. The beds were a dream and made it hard to get up in the morning. The views from the balcony are breathtaking and you feel like you in another world. Far enough away from downtown but close enough to walk to get an Uber for $8. I will absolutely consider staying here again in the future.

Absolutely the best

1402 is a beautiful villa in Cabo! My wife and I enjoyed our stay immensely. The owner has two concierges that met us with fresh guacamole, salsa, and margaritas. They gave us their cell phone number to assist us. The entire villa was spotless and a maid came every other day. The kitchen had everything we needed. The view from our balcony was beautiful. We drank coffee there every morning. We will definitely come back!

This was one of the best rentals we’ve experienced! The owner was so responsive and accommodating to our needs. The location and view for this villa is incredible! Everything was clean and functional for our family with two teenagers. The best part was the arrival experience when the Villa concierge surprised us with hand crafted margaritas, homemade guacamole and salsa just as soon as we entered the room. Exceptional experience and we will definitely rent this villa again!

As great as it looks in the pictures, HIGHLY recommended

The pictures do not deceive. The unit was well appointed, more like a home than a rental. The location of the unit is the second in from the beach so if you love the sound of the surf when you sleep, which I do, it was amazing. The communication with the team supporting us was quick even when I had basic questions that were obvious (wifi password labeled on the router for example). The welcome crew swung by soon after arrival to ensure everything was perfect. The unit was cleaned every other day which was a nice touch (I've only ever had condos with the cleaning at the end versus during). The bathrooms were outfitted with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner so if you're not particular (which our kids are not) it is perfect as you can pack less. The property itself is well located to Cabo San Lucas, easy 10 min cab ride and getting a cab was never more than a few minutes. We did not do so but I would recommend you do a grocery run or have groceries delivered. We had 3 adult children with us and I am still working up the courage to look at the final tally of charges to the room. The restaurants and bar associates were friendly and efficient and the food we had on-site was prepared well (I am a cooking enthusiast, husband is a chef so our baseline is possibly higher than most). Skip the burger at the pool bar, that was the only disappointing meal as it was simply too soggy from the fat content. Pastries and coffees from the deli became a morning ritual.
