The exterior living space is an equal match to the interior square footage; with an outdoor living area complete with a sectional sofa and flat screen tv. The outdoor kitchen features a "Bull" stainless steel gas grill and an outdoor sink.

Four chaise loungers are provided so guests can enjoy the south facing sunlight 8 hours of the day!
