From the custom finishes and thoughtfully designed spaces to the beautiful new kitchen and elevated coastal interiors, every detail has been carefully considered to make this home feel special from the moment you walk through the door.
All That Jazz is fresh, sophisticated, comfortable and unmistakably Seaside.
The heart of the home is a beautifully redesigned, open-concept living space where everyone can gather after a day at the beach. The custom-designed kitchen is both gorgeous and functional, making everything from a quick breakfast before the beach to a family dinner at home feel effortless. High-end finishes, beautiful cabinetry, carefully selected fixtures and designer details give the home a polished look while still keeping it relaxed and welcoming.
The home features three beautifully appointed bedrooms, providing plenty of room for families or friends traveling together. Every bedroom has been thoughtfully designed to create a comfortable retreat at the end of a long beach day, while the newly remodeled bathrooms add another layer of luxury and convenience.

And then there is the outdoor living.
Step outside and enjoy the quintessential Seaside lifestyle from the home's inviting porches and outdoor spaces. One of the best things about All That Jazz is that you can leave the car behind.
Located in Seaside, this home puts you within easy walking distance of the town's famous shops, restaurants, coffee spots, entertainment and iconic beach. You'll also have access to Seaside's private beach through the Savannah Pavilion, making those morning walks to the Gulf wonderfully easy.
The home is also conveniently located near two of Seaside's community pools, giving you another option when you're ready to cool off. Seaside offers additional amenities including its town center, playgrounds, tennis, pickleball, croquet and more. Optional access to Seaside's pools and fitness center is also available.
And because exploring 30A is even more fun on two wheels, two beach cruiser bicycles are included with your stay.

The owners, with roots in New Orleans, have been coming to Seaside since the 1980’s. They have always loved the quaint early cottages built on the east side of town. They remind the family of the gorgeous architecture of New Orleans where Southern charm and sophistication are abundant. We want our guests to have every modern convenience wrapped in Seaside and New Orleans architectural charm.

All That Jazz has been completely transformed, and we can't wait for you to experience the new and improved Seaside classic.

Out the back door is an outdoor shower and grill. If you are in need of a little more room, Creole (VRBO 291904), is the 2-bedroom guest cottage right next door.
