Welcome to your Florida oasis! Completely remodeled from top to bottom, this home offers all the amenities of home in a tropical paradise. Featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a dedicated office space, huge gourmet kitchen and great room that opens via large sliders to the lanai and pool, no expense was spared to ensure our guests have one of the best experiences in Punta Gorda. Whether your looking to relax, swim in the pool or boat via direct Gulf Access, you and your family will make lifelong memories.

Our home is located in the Punta Gorda Isles; it's a ranch that offers true indoor/outdoor living and southwest facing views of the famous Florida sunsets!
*Primary bedroom with 65" tv, ensuite, walk in closet and sliders to the pool and hot tub.
*Fully stocked gourmet kitchen with a huge island, luxury appliances and a dedicated dining space.
*Private office with stand up desk, printer, high speed internet and large monitor.
*Family room with 80" tv, Arhaus couch and sliders to the pool deck.
*Two guest bedrooms with walk in closets and a full bathroom with pool access.

Walking distance to the Isles Yacht Club (half a mile!), Fisherman's Village (1 mile!), Ponce De Leon Park (1.75 miles!).

We had a fantastic experience at this rental! The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. What truly made our stay exceptional was the host’s outstanding communication. From the moment we booked to the day we checked out, they were responsive, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. It really felt like they cared about our experience, and that made all the difference. Highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay again!

Perfect, relaxing getaway!

Really enjoyed our stay in this lovely home!! And, Matthew was a great host. The home is beautifully decorated, has an amazing kitchen, and, with the pool and hot tub, there wasn’t much of a reason to leave. Lol. The neighborhood was nice for walking and Fisherman’s Village is nearby. If we are ever back in the area, we will definitely stay again!

This is the place to stay

This home is one of the best we have stayed in. Fully remodeled, heated pool, hot tub, beautiful view! Everything was top notch, except for the couch in the family room. That was uncomfortable. All 3 bedrooms had very comfortable beds. We didn't want for anything!

Great host and house

The house was perfect for us. It looked just like the pictures and there were no surprises. Love that it sits on a canal, has a pool and is in walking distance to Fisherman's Village. Host couldn't have been any nicer and responsive. Great way to bring in the new year.

Beautiful Home With All You Need

We thoroughly enjoyed our month’s stay. Matthew was a wonderful host and was readily available whenever we had questions! The home had all we needed and more! Hot tub was wonderful and pool refreshing. Gorgeous kitchen with all you would need. Appliances were new and worked perfectly! The location was great for easy travel to dining out and exploring the area. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

The home is beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. It’s the “home away from home” you expect. And the pool is absolutely lovely. We had a wonderful week and would stay again in this home or any other home they offer.

Perfect

Very nice recent renovation. Owners clearly tried a succeeded to think of everything they could. Our Punta gorda stay was at the end of a trip and we appreciated the washer/dryer AND detergent on hand. Garage was empty and the trailer for our 21' boat barely fit in the garage (diagonally). That's a huge help because the neighborhood has strict rules against outside trailer parking. I worked half the time we were there and loved the office. I would gladly return.

Very nice and well kept

Super clean and fit what we were looking for. Pool and Kayak was perfect for the kids. Close to very nice restraints and shopping. Neighborhood was super quiet. We would highly recommend.
