Enjoy a peaceful stroll on the white Hawaii sands of Hauula Beach or take a dip in the Pacific Ocean anytime you want. You can also just relax on the lanai or on the beach itself with your shades, your favorite drink or a book, as you listen to the waves gently break on the shore sometimes touching your toes. If playing in the water is what you like, boogie boards and snorkels are also provided for your use at your own risk of course. Rinse off using the outside or inside shower. Stop by the local grocery store and get some local meat or seafood to grill outside or cook in your full kitchen inside. You can also try some island favorites like seasonal fruits or fresh island poke (pronounced "poh-keh" - uncooked seafood seasoned to perfection) of different varieties. Want to be entertained? Enjoy a day exploring Polynesian islands and doing cultural activities at the Polynesian Cultural Center (PCC) located less than 3 miles away. Want an adventure? Try a hike nearby or drive a few minutes away to Waimea Falls where you can hike then take a dip by the falls before coming back. Craving to see other tourists besides those you met at PCC? Drive a few minutes to Pipeline to see how big the waves are or check out Sunset Beach or book a tour or zip lining adventure at Kualoa Ranch or check out historic Haleiwa all while staying in North Shore Oahu. Then drive home just a few minutes to your peaceful beach house to watch the stars (on a clear night).
