Welcome to "Villa Omnia," your perfect getaway with an outdoor kitchen, heated pool, bocce ball court, putting green, and various outdoor seating areas!
The chef's kitchen opens to a spacious great room with two seating areas and an island bar. There are two ensuite bedrooms and two additional bedrooms with multiple beds. An office space with a pullout sofa bed accommodates extra guests.
Host events like masterminds, retreats, and pre-wedding groups, all just 12 minutes from Old Town!
This villa has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and 8 beds that can accommodate up to 15 guests.
The backyard is a resort style backyard (I know, that term is abused these days, but this one is for real!).
A Large Gas Heated pool (Gas is way better than a heat pump), corn hole, putting green, bocce ball court, and way more for your enjoyment.
Four different seating areas for privacy, entertainment, hosting, breakout sessions, and more.
Outdoor kitchen is amazing with a TV as well to enjoy.
The master bedroom includes a king bed and a large spa-like master bath. The second ensuite has two queen beds and a full bathroom with sliding doors to the backyard. Bedroom three features a full over full bunk with an additional full trundle (sleeps six), while bedroom four has a queen bed. The office also has a pull out bed in the couch. A hallway bath with laundry services bedrooms two, three, and the pool/outdoors.
The garage has bikes for guest use, and the office offers a sofa bed and collaboration space with games and a whiteboard.
The outdoor area features a patio with a full kitchen, multiple seating areas, a heated pool, lounge chairs, bocce ball, and a putting green.
Pool Heat Fee: $65 per day. The pool temperature is set to 85°F; however, if air temps drop below 70°F, the pool temperature may decrease. We offer a cover to help maintain heat also! Please request pool heat at least 72 hours in advance. If it’s requested within 72 hours of check-in, a one-time $85 convenience charge will apply.
