Enjoy the perfect vacation location YEAR ROUND or weekly in season or off season! Just 4 cottages from Craigville Beach and 2 out door beachy eateries. 1/4 mile to historic village of Centerville. Library, historic General Store, Village play ground, and the Centerville Museum. This 2 bedroom cottage is equipped with 3 color Tvs; A/C (Window units) large open eat in kitchen; and 2 split plan bedrooms ( queen and 2 twins) Sleeps 4. The comfortable living room is filled with sunlight from the Bay window. The kitchen slider leads to a deck and step down to a patio surrounded by privacy and lawn. Just relax, breath in the salt air or cross the street to Beach, sand, swim and fun! After the beach enjoy a shower in the enclosed outside shower.

Perfect beach house for a family

The house is the perfect size for a family of 4. Amazing location. Safe quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to the beach.

Just steps from beautiful sandy beach/spectacular sunsets

Very clean, Very comfortable, truly just steps from beach. Fully equipped with gas stove and outdoor shower. We loved eating breakfast every morning under the sun on the outdoor patio. Margo is a very informed host. 10 min drive to multiple restaurants in Hyannis. Barnacle for lunch on the beach. Highly recommend

Convenient with Cape Charm

Adorable cottage just steps to the beach. My family loved this property but the price was a bit steep for the size. Also, it would be more appropriate for adults only versus toddlers or school aged children as the owner was not pleased with some candy stains on a mattress pad left by my mischievous kid. If you are blessed with angelic cherubs and you want to be right across from the beach you’ll be fine:)
