The Unit is the same level as the rooftop heated pool, enjoy sunrises or catch a Launch for Cape Canaveral. Stocked with basic necessities and cleaning supplies. 2 parking spaces in the garage are included. Private Onsite Beach Access. We had a great time staying at the condo for the Fourth of July. Jim, the owner was very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend staying in B107. It was very convenient being on the same floor as the pool.

Great beach location. Nice and quiet with no vehicle traffic on the beach. Not everything was in working order. Couldn't get the Keurig to work, but there was a coffee pot and filters. Large sliding glass door was extremely difficult to use, but there was a smaller one that gave us access to the balcony. Would have been nice to have a 3rd chair for the balcony since we had 3 guests for a portion of our visit.

Perfect condo for a family. All the beach essentials and good location. Only bummer was walkway to beach was still out and no communication on checking in or out.

It's best at the beach

The property is not only on the beach, but it's where vehicles are banned. If you love a laid back beach vibe, this place is for you. Plus, there are restaurants and stores within an easy walk. You have stop at Izzy's Island Tacos for the best Honduran street food.

Loved this place!

This was a perfect location and right on the beach. It is very spacious and well maintained. The management company is top notch and so friendly. The rooftop pool is amazing. The beach is perfect as well. What a great find. It fit our family of 6 perfectly. It has a partial view that is stunning. It is on the same level as the rooftop pool and the views from there are simply incredible. So happy with our stay. Seamless!

A great family week at the beach

The condo was amazing and the walk to the beach was easy; especially for going back and forth. The only thing I would say to be improved was the communication about what to do when you leave. There was no instructions on what needed to be done before we left as far as towels. Sheets. Keys, etc. If there was instructions somewhere. we missed it. Overall, it was a great week and we would definitely come back.

Quiet and Relaxing

Very clean and quiet unit Short ride to town to visit the unique shops and restaurants Pool was closed for maintenance during our visit We could not access the beach from the condo due to damage from Hurricane Ian We did drive to Flagler Beach and had a great time This unit did have a view of the water, but there is another building in front of it
