Disfruta de este maravillosamente bien mantenido New Smyrna Beach Condo con una hermosa vista del océano.

Mira el amanecer desde la vista elevada del océano desde el primer piso. No hay escaleras ni ascensores para negociar. ¡Acceso directo a la playa desde el patio!

El condominio cuenta con aire y calefacción central, TV por cable (sala de estar y dormitorio principal solamente), reproductor de DVD, internet inalámbrico, dos camas king y un sofá cama de tamaño completo. Hay una cocina totalmente equipada y zona de comedor. Todas las sábanas y toallas son provistas. Lavadora / secadora convenientemente ubicada dentro de la unidad.

Amazing view and 1st floor convenience was great. Very clean, we had everything we needed, price was reasonable. We would definitely like to come back.

Perfect Getaway

Beautiful 2bd/2ba unit on the first floor feels like you're walking on the beach when you walk in the unit. Everything you need to feel comfortable is in the unit. Plenty of eateries nearby for those lazy days. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need (minus groceries) for the perfect meal with a phenomenal view. You can watch rocket launches from the comfort of the patio. Bedrooms are comfy, bathrooms are good sized. Overall, a great stay and recommend it!

Perfection!

This was my second straight year at this incredible condo, staying 1 month each year! I think of it as my home away from home, and will always make it my first choice by far! The condo itself is so perfect. It has all the amenities and equipment that I want (plus many extras), is decorated beautifully, is extremely homey and relaxing, and clean, and gives a wonderful feeling of calmness and serenity. The location cannot be matched. It faces the ocean, and has windows and doors that view the ocean from almost all rooms! It is on the first floor and has a lovely patio, which faces the beach.. The condo is just a few steps away from the beach, making it so easy to come and go to the beach at a moments whim. How wonderful it is to cook, eat, wake up, sit in living room, etc. with a constant view of the ocean! The sunrises are spectacular from this condo! The building also has a wonderful swimming pool and other amenities. The office manager is fantastic and is always there to help if needed. The location is within walking and biking distance of local stores, shopping center, church, restaurants, etc! The small quaint village area (on beach side) of New Smyrna Beach is a short drive, or even walk or bike away as well. The owners are exceptional people! They are so very friendly, respond quickly to any questions or comments, and make me feel so welcome! I will continue to return to this magical condo, and highly recommend it! I could not be more satisfied! Thank you!

We loved it!

We had a great stay here and would love to come back. The place was nice and had everything that we could possibly need. There were great restaurants close by. The ocean is literally right as you walk out and the pool was relaxing!!

We loved this property! The space was perfect for our family, was clean, had everything we needed, was so close to the beach, and had the best view. It felt like the ocean came right to the back patio. Plan to return!

I can't say enough about the location of this property. For us, it was perfect. The unit was clean and comfortable as listed. Communication with the owner is a breeze and I had a LOT of questions that they answered immediately. We would rent this unit again, without hesitation.

Excellent!!

This condo was far beyond my best hopes, dreams, and expectations! I was extremely comfortable from the moment I arrived until the very sad moment I had to leave. It was like living in my own loving home, not “just a place to stay.” The condo had everything I needed, and more, and was decorated beautifully and so clean! The ocean views were magnificent, being able to see it from almosr every room and the private patio! The sounds of the ocean were mesmerizing, and gave me a priceless calmness and peacefulness! Each day was different, as sunrise was spectacular from the condo. Being on the first floor made me feel like I was on the beach constantly! The location was perfect! The ocean was right outside the back doors, and it was an easy walk to the nearby Riverside, full of hiking trails, kayaking, dolphin and manatee watching possibilties. A short car or bike ride or even walk took me to Flagler St and all the charming shops, etc. It was in easy distance to anything! Last, but certainly not least, were the wonderful owners! They were extremely nice and incredibly prompt in responding to any questions! The on-site property manager was also very helpful and friendly whenever I needed him! I cannot rate this condo high enough. I stayed for the month of Dec and must say it was the one of the best Christmases and trips I have ever had! The whole experience was perfect! I plan to go there again! Thank you so much for letting me stay in your amazing condo!

Phenomenal experience from booking until we closed the door for the last time. Beautiful, clean and well appointed condo with an unobstructed breath-taking view of the Atlantic. Great main floor location allows easy access and convenience. Extremely attentive owners ready to help in any way possible - at lightning speed. If there's a perfect scenario, this is it!

Best relaxing vacation ever!

Sitting on the patio outside the condo with morning coffee and watching the glorious sunrise was wonderful. I could sit in the recliner inside and watch the waves rolling in. Everything, and I do mean everything, we needed was provided. Will be back

Perfect location!

Group of 4 suited perfectly for this condo! Spacious and spotlessly clean! Well equipped kitchen and new appliances. A quick walk out the door and you’re on the beach—excellent location! This property is perfect for beach lovers.

A new happy place

The apartment was clean and neat on check in the beach was a little walk in the white sand The condo had everything you would need for a relaxing stay We used this opportunity to have family photos done using a professional photographer She had us in the water, jumping. With the waves and various positions The location was perfect for the shoot We took our pups to the dunes beach for a swim several times they had a great time too

Location A+

This rental is a definite ideal place to stay if you just want to enjoy watching and listening to the ocean! It’s also very well stocked and was very well maintained. Access to the beach is convenient and parking is as well. We had to cut our stay short due to construction going on but definitely would rent again. Owners are wonderful to work with and easy to contact if needed. You won’t be disappointed!

We fell in love with this property because of the beautiful view, the soothing sounds of the ocean and the peacefulness of the area. We are fairly active and like the convenience of restaurants, sports bars and shopping within a reasonable walking distance.
