Wonderful property.

All you need to bring is your clothes. Host has outfitted this unit with beach towels, beach toys,beach chairs and floats. It also included high chair crib and stroller. Pefect location.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay and the interior of the unit is a nice beach unit with a great ocean front view. The exterior needs some work, but I understand they are in the process of renovating much of it. The beach was beautiful, but crowded, especially on the weekends from the carryover from the public entrance. Great staff who kept things in order, but we're not overly strict. Thanks for a nice vacation.

Hello Anthony, I'm so glad you enjoyed your stay in my home and were pleased with the unit along with the beautiful views it has to offer. Yes, the whole complex is scheduled for repairs next month, including fresh paint on the exterior. So will be like new in a few months! The beach is at its busiest the week you stayed, July 4th week. The rest of the year is pretty mellow. Enjoy the rest of your summer and I look forward to having you back again soon. Charli

Substantial poolside construction.

The unit itself was great! The half of the building being vacated and remodeled was not. We reserved the unit 6 months in advance. 6 days prior to our arrival we were told to park on the opposite side of the building due to “walkways being redone” and possibly closure of the elevator. When we arrived the elevator was indeed barracaded off and we needed to cross the pool deck during our stay to access our vehicle. The entire building was emptied and being refaced, not mere walkways. Large construction vehicles littered the poolside ambiance & the 8am concrete drilling (weekdays) was highly annoying & disappointing. While I am sure the unit is amazing without all the construction, we won’t be staying here again as we feel there was a great deal of dishonesty regarding the magnitude of construction. We also feel that construction did not suddenly begin 6 days prior to our arrival and should have been notified sooner regarding cancellation options or a discounted rate.

Shannon, I'm glad you found the unit 'great' and thought it would be amazing without the construction, which it is! Unfortunately like every building periodic work has to be done to keep our building beautiful. All my rates have been heavily discounted on line, including yours to compensate. You had a 4 night stay over a weekend so the only day they were working was Mon 8:30 - 3 where it was noisy on the pool deck however you still received the discounted rate. Many guests have taken advantage of this to enjoy a great condo, resort and beach. Also to clarify it's not half the complex being worked on it's our 5th building, and last building the other 4 are complete. In the past elevator access was not an issue but due to potential liability the contractor temporarily closed off the walkways giving the building you were staying in no elevator access. As soon as I received this information a week before your stay I e-mailed you. You responded to my e-mail but at no time mentioned this wasn't acceptable. I always take the stairs but realize this is not the case for everyone so was quite prepared to move you to another unit or give you a refund if there was an issue. I have 2 other condos all with 5 star ratings, I strive to keep it that way by being open and honest with clear communication. My check in information stresses that if there's an issue with anything to please notify me immediately so I can fix it. We had several conversations during your stay where you had an opportunity to talk regarding anything you weren't happy about. However one was you telling me you had broken the door handle off my fridge, another that you loved the condo, another for directions, another for the pool code! I would recommend for any future stays you contact the owner immediately if there's anything you're not happy with so they have an opportunity to fix it for you! At that point if your issues go unresolved then a 3 star review may be warranted!

Can’t wait to return!

We had a wonderful stay at point east! Charlie’s place was beautifully decorated and clean. The overall environment was quiet and calm. We enjoyed the view from our balcony and taking walks on the no drive beach. My boys did quite a lot of fishing in the nearby lagoon. Flagler Avenue was very convenient for the ladies to shop! We enjoyed our stay very much and would Love to come again!

This definitely lived up to the pictures. Very nice place. Owner was very responsive. Quiet area but only a couple miles from the Publix and restaurants so very convenient. Giving the owner kudos for getting a way better light fixture installed at the front door so you can actually see. The normal fixtures the other units have are worthless and don't put out any light. Master bed and bath were both comfortable and clean. great place

The perfect honeymoon retreat!

My husband and I stayed at Charli's ocean front condo for our honeymoon this October and it was perfect. Her condo is clean, updated, and the balcony is practically on the beach. This isn't the busy bustling drive-on section of beach, this is the pristine and beautiful no-drive beach that we're talking about! We've stayed at another of Charli's condos in the past, and she is as hospitable as always! We'll be back :)

Perfect getaway!

This condo was the perfect destination for our week on the beach. It's furnished and decorated very nicely and equipped with everything you need, and the view is spectacular! We had a great time. The condo was perfect. Great location directly on the beach (no drive beach was nice), close to restaurants, convenience stores, & groceries. Loved having the two bedrooms with separate beds for the kids and two full bathrooms. The communication was also wonderful. Our inquiries were responded to very quickly. Would definitely recommend.

What can I say but fantastic...Charli came through in a pinch when a cottage with the rest of my family for my niece's wedding wouldn't be ready in time. The unit was right next door so we could be close to everything but still have our coffee on the balcony overlooking the beautiful Atlantic. Charli is amazing and I would definitely recommend her for anyone wishing to come for rest and relaxation on the beach.

Spectacular ocean view from this 5 star condo

Enjoying my coffee and breakfast on the balcony every morning was so relaxing. Watching the sun rise on this beautiful quiet beach is just spectacular. This condo is so much better than the photographs, all the furnishings are new and comfortable. The bathrooms have been remodeled, the owners have great taste. Don't look any further, stay here and you will not be disappointed. I will be telling family and friends and returning for my next trip.

Gorgeous!

I have never stayed at a beach condo with such exquisite taste and there's been no expense spared in quality from furnishings to kitchen gadgets! Master bed is so comfortable. Location is great and view is amazing. I will definitely be telling friends and family and I will be returning very soon.

Don't hesitate on booking this condo. Very tastefully decorated, fully equipped, elegant, clean and comfortable. Everything is modern and new, couldn't ask for anything more! The direct ocean front view from the whole condo is breathtaking. Charli is such a delight to deal with. We will be back next year, I'm making my reservation now so I don't miss out!B

We really like this location! No cars on the beach! The public parking next door was great for visitors. Loved the large pool. Secure place to put the paddle board, bicycle etc.

A Lovely Stay

From the moment I walked into this condo, I knew I'd made the right choice. I was immediately impressed by the condo's cleanliness, lovely decor, and the incredible view of the ocean. I was also pleasantly surprised at how well stocked the kitchen was. (I brought a few gadgets from home but didn't need them.) The pool area was clean and very well manicured. There was NO problem with noise. During my stay, four additional family members visited for a couple days. We found the layout comfortable and didn't feel as if we were on top of each other. This condo is definitely at the top of my list for future rentals. I definitely plan to stay longer.

Beautiful Ocean Front Condo Stay!

The ocean front location of this well appointed condo is perfect for any length of stay! The décor is inviting and comfortable. It is apparent the owner enjoys and pays attention to details that will make your stay a special one! The view from the master bedroom, living room and dining area absorbs the ocean, horizon and white sands. The kitchen stocked with a nice selection of dishes, cookware and gadgets. The property is well manicured and quiet. The condo's location is close to great restaurants, historical Canal Street and Flagler Avenue. I thoroughly enjoyed my 7 day stay and would definitely consider coming back again!

This is the gorgeous zebra condo.Read more reviews on this condo VRBO 448493. I also have my pet friendly 'Elephant' condo just down the beach featured on VRBO 788234. It's very important for me to be right on the beach, it's literally on my doorstep! This resort offers a great atmosphere, close enough for action, far away enough for peace, tranquility and serenity! After a renovation I am very excited with the outcome! I hope you love it just as much as we do! I'm meticulous & pay close attention to detail. I own & manage the property myself & have many years experience in the travel & tourism industry, homemaking & hospitality! I'm always available if needed. While you are here this is your home! Our complex just went through a 3 year 8 million dollar complete renovation. Our pool was just resurfaced & tiled. All new pool furniture, loungers, chairs, tables & adirondacks. It's absolutely perfect!

It's just an hour from Orlando & Central Florida attractions, Disney, Universal etc. Twenty minutes to Daytona International Speedway. Beautiful St. Augustine is approx two hours away. Day trips are easy, for example Kennedy Space Center. Then return to this lovely beach town & enjoy a late dinner or a long walk on the beach to unwind from the day. Walking distance to grocery store and shopping. Also wonderful dining like So Napa Restaurant, A Touch of Italy, Chase's Lounge on the beach and my kids favorite place S'mores Ice Cream & Coffee Shop! Or attend an amazing Bob Ross art painting workshop.
