This is such a lovely property - spacious, clean, tastefully decorated and very functional. I had everything I needed and the location is great. Right at the edge of the UT campus within walking distance to numerous restaurants, etc. The hosts were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. I ended up having to extend my trip and had to change to another one of their units in the building and they made the transition very easy for me. I will definitely be staying here again!

This property exceeded our expectations. It matched the photos perfectly and was exceptionally clean — truly the cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in. The host provided an incredibly thorough guidebook, which made everything from check‑in to checkout simple and stress‑free. Accessing the home and parking were both easy, even with its location near campus, which was a pleasant surprise. Whether it was the time of year or just great management, the entire stay felt effortless. We left extremely happy and would gladly book again.

The location was great, the place was immaculate. I appreciated that there was coffee and cream when I got there so I didn't have to worry about it for the next morning if I didn't want to. I also appreciate the host putting a blender in the condo for me. This was a two-week stay and being able to make smoothies for breakfast made the whole stay much better.
