The Space:

We have been told that this house is even better in person! Remodeled to make sure all guests have a perfect vacation in paradise. This beautiful home is located in the heart of Tamarindo, 800 meters from downtown and the beach., so you'll find everything within walking distance or you can rent a golf cart to move easily around. This vacation rental is specially designed for families of big groups. The infinity pool is definitely something you're going to love, great for those seeking a good time to refresh and enjoy the warm breeze and the sound of the surrounding nature.



High ceilings and sliding doors provide plenty of light and freshness. Downstairs there is a fully equipped kitchen with all you need to cook as easily as at home. There is also a bar with stools or given the open space concept, you can eat on the couch that has plenty of room and cable TV at the 75" Smart screen and Bose sound system to enjoy your series or movies very comfortably. There’s also a half bath downstairs.



All of the bedrooms have high-quality lines and mattresses for you to feel hugged and rest very comfy. Each bedroom has TV, A/C, ceiling fans and a private bathroom. The first room is downstairs and has 2 Queen Beds. Upstairs there is another room with a king bed and a master bedroom also with a king bed. Need a travel crib? No problem! Just reach out our concierge team to arrange one. Keep in mind they are subjected to availability and have an additional charge.



Upstairs by the master bedroom, there is a complete outside entertainment area with a ping pong table for those who are seeking more action, there is also a nice outdoor dining table with benches and a BBQ grill by the pool. Imagine the howler monkeys and sunsets by the pool while barbecuing or just jumping in the pool after a good surf session or a day sunbathing at the beach.



Have we mentioned the 200 Mbit/s Wi-Fi? Just perfect for Digital nomads or just to enjoy your favorite shows. This vacation house is spotless and has plenty of seats everywhere. Simply the best combination for a wonderful vacation.



The house is fully equipped for a great vacation and includes beach chairs, a cooler, and beach towels, also complimentary amenities such as coffee, spices, cooking oil, shampoo, and soap.



The owners had installed just one security camera on the front entrance of the house for everybody extra security and peace.



In order to maintain the security that everyone deserves, it is necessary to present the identification of the person who made the reservation at the time of check-in. We greatly appreciate your support.



Pet Friendly

Your dog is very welcome to this unit! In case you want to travel with your beloved four-paws friend, there are three basic rules:

- An extra refundable deposit of $500 is needed in case of any damage.



- We must clean a bit more after you pet that’s why an extra cleaning fee of $75 is required.



- And your pet must be submitted to a pre-approval process.



*No puppies or pets different from dogs are allowed.

Gorgeous backyard pool, monkeys in the trees, beautiful birdwatching. Fully appointed kitchen that only needs a good lime squeezer. There were four of us and three beach chairs so we took turns. Everything was as described and we quite enjoyed ourselves here. Cannot say enough good things about the pool! Thank you for having us

Perfect Costa Rica vacation

The property was as advertised and even better , the pool was a wonderful break from the heat, the house was perfect for a family with 2 adult children, group and separate space for all. We even saw monkeys in the trees our first day!

Overall the property was clean and nice, however I would suggest that the owners get a vacuum cleaner in case there wasn't one already. Also, the hot water in the upstairs shower was non-existent.

Perfect stay in Tamarindo with pool

Plenty of space to spread out with AC, multiple bathrooms and a great pool to refresh in when the temperature soars. Just up the road from the Thursday night market. Blue Zone team was very responsive and highly reccomend using them to get a golf cart - much easier to navigate around time and you get a cool breeze when you do. Master shower did not work but this was not a problem for us as we were just two of us but had we been with a group it would have presented more of an issue. Very comfortable, beds were comfortable with good pillows and no sagging which is the one thing I always worry about. Family of howlers cruises along the back wall in the early am which was very fun to watch.

Beautiful home

Absolutely loved our stay at this gorgeous property. Very spacious with all the perks: immaculately kept patio/pool area with grill and lounge chairs. The pool is not heated, but the weather was so nice that it didn’t need to be. Master shower had an issue with the hot water, but luckily the two other bathrooms didn’t have this issue so we used those instead. Only con we noticed was that there was only one key available to use to get in and out of the property, so it would be difficult to manage if we weren’t all on the same schedule. Luckily our group stayed together so wasn’t an issue for us. Loved the on-site laundry for sandy towels post beach. Would absolutely stay again and would recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful retreat near town and the beach.

WilkFam Tamarindo 2023

My wife and I with our son who’s 17 and daughter that’s 15, stayed for 9 days. Kelly and Olber at Blue Zone were very easy to communicate with. Their office is also easy to find right in town, which was useful when discussing/planning activities. The pool and outdoor cooking area was great and we used daily. The space of the house fit all of our needs. Spacious bedrooms, each with private baths. Like most neighborhoods in Tamarindo, there’s construction going on all around, almost daily, which can be a bit noisy, this is no fault of the house or property managers, it’s practically unavoidable and we spent a lot of time exploring the area on foot and golf cart. The key/lock box situation was kind of wonky at first. You need a key to enter and exit the home, so if someone leaves and puts the key in the lock box, outside, the people inside cannot get out. We connected with Blue Zone right when we got there and they showed up within the hour with another set of keys which alleviated the problem. You have to be diligent every time you leave, to make sure you put your inside keys back on the key hook inside and the outside keys are put back in the lockbox outside. A door handle with a key code would be the obvious solution, however; there’s a clear trend in the area to secure your property with tall concrete walls, topped with spikes and razor wire so this locking process forces you to be mindful of locking your door. Overall we liked our stay and the home.
