Hacienda Pinilla is 4,500 acres of historic ranch property. Neighborhoods, the golf course, tennis courts, bike trails, the JW Marriott and the beach club have been built around the still existing working horse and oxen ranch. This big beautiful area is full of amazing Costa Rican fauna and flora. Car rental and/or golf cart rental is highly recommended due to the size of the property.

Our brand new 4 bedroom villa is just steps from the pool and a short walk to the beach where you can witness beautiful sunsets. It is also a short drive to the Beach Club, JW Marriott and Playa Avellanas and a nice walk during low tide.

1st floor has a welcoming living room, dining table for 8-10 and wood kitchen counter for 3, all with glass doors and views towards the ocean. The fully equipped kitchen has all you need for making home cooked meals or to have a meal cooked for you. Stainless steel microwave, wall oven, dishwasher, glass cooktop and 2 door frig with large bottom freezer. Separate laundry room with large washer and dryer.

The wall to wall sliding glass doors open to balcony with stainless steal gas BBQ, teak loungers and round table for enjoying the sun and meals.

On the ground floor, we also a half bath and the 1st guest bedroom with 2 queen beds, ceiling fan, mini split ac, sliding glass door, private bath with shower glass door, his & hers sinks, large wall mirror and walk-in closet.

As you reach the 2nd floor, you enter the tv/family room with mini split ac unit, couch and smart TV for relaxing. There is also a desk should work require your attention.

Here we have the 2nd guest bedroom which has 2 full beds and a day bed, ceiling fan and mini split ac unit and closet. Private full bath with shower glass door and large wall mirror.

The 3rd guest bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan, mini split ac unit, sliding glass door that opens to the balcony and ocean view. Private bath with shower glass door and large wall mirror.

The main bedroom with king size bed, hanging lights, private bath with a large glass door walk-in shower, his & her sinks, large wall mirror, separate toilet room and walk in closet. This bedroom also has sliding glass doors that open to the balcony with ocean views.

The 2nd floor balcony has rocking chairs, loungers and bar table for 2 for you to enjoy your cocktails while you watch truly amazing sunsets.

As our guests, you have access to 3 pools. First one is just steps from the pool which has under cover seating area, lounge chairs and out side shower, second on is on the other side of Lagos also within walking distance just follow the trail by the lake and lastly the pool of the Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club.

As our guests, you also have access to the Beach Club and all their amenities including swimming pool, gym, spa and restaurant. It's $10 p/p which is $5 consumable. You may rent surfboards and boogie boards and lessons are also available.

Our manager, Brenda has been living in the area for 17 years and she offers full concierge services. All of your vacation needs are attended to with great care.
