The house consists of two 3-room apartments. One of the two apartments is located on the ground floor and the other in the 1st. Floor.
They rent both apartments and thus have a whole house where they live. The house can accommodate up to 8 people (4 people per floor).
The two apartments are also individually on offer.

Both apartments have high ceilings, noble furnishings, fully equipped kitchens, living room, separate toilet, bathroom with bathtub and direct access to the garden with terrace (ground floor) or balcony (1. Floor)

You have a view of the nature reserve of Starnberg.

Located in the idyllic nature reserve of Pöcking is your own home in absolute tranquility and with a spacious garden with pond surrounded by picturesque parkland. Pure nature, yet the proximity to Starnberg and the lake.
The apartments, or the whole house was completely redeveloped in 2012.

Suburban train nearby, d. H. Double station for Pöcking and Possenhofen available. Possenhofen station is located in Pöcking. You will walk past the Sissi Museum.

The Bavarian capital Munich is only 30 minutes
(Station Starnberg Nord) and the mountains in sight (40 minutes from Tutzing).

Although the Sonnenhof is located in the middle of nature and quiet, my guests do not need to feel encapsulated: the center Pöcking with many shops (supermarket, bakery, butcher, pharmacy, hairdresser, restaurant), suburban train and ozone bath is within walking distance ,
I am also happy to serve you as a shuttle service and drive you to Starnberg or the train station (5 minutes) and pick you up from there. From the train station Starnberg Nord you are in 25 minutes at the Munich main station and in 40 minutes in Garmisch-Partenkirchen or Mittenwald in the mountains. The airport and Messe München are also just under an hour away.

Pets can be brought by arrangement, but extra charge / night is required.

For small dogs a flat rate of 15 € per night will be charged.
For large dogs a flat rate of 29 € per night will be charged.

0 to 4 years -> 25 €
5 to 12 years -> 30 €
13 to 17 years -> 40 €
