Holiday house in Puglia with private pool

Holiday home with a 50 m² infinity saltwater pool (May-October) in a secluded location. Consisting of two houses. A total of two bathrooms, three bedrooms with double beds (1.80m, 1.60m, 1.40m), a kitchen, a dining room, and an outdoor kitchen are available. There is a comfortable lounge area on the terrace. Wi-Fi is available. The main house is perfectly integrated into the landscape, and the second is a completely restored traditional lamia (traditional Apulian farmhouse). The country house sits on a 6,000 m² fenced property with beautiful panoramic views.

The living space: Only high-quality materials were used in the construction and restoration. 150 m² of living space.

The house is only 7 km from Torre Guaceto, a very beautiful and popular nature reserve. The property is monitored by cameras, which can be deactivated upon request.

San Vito dei Normanni is a small town in the heart of Puglia. Towns worth visiting, such as Alberobello, Ostuni, Lecce, Bari, Brindisi, and Monopoli, are easily accessible from here.

The heart of the Torre Guaceto marine protected area is a natural paradise with a low, sandy coastline surrounded by dunes and occasionally dotted with cliffs.

The numerous public and private coves with fine sand will enchant you. Discover the nature reserve by cycling, diving, or sailing in the turquoise sea.

Even people with disabilities can enjoy the beautiful natural surroundings of Torre Guaceto thanks to the services offered by the private Punta Penna Grossa beach.

The Aragonese tower, which has watched over the magnificent sea for centuries, is the symbol of the reserve.

Apulia, also known as "Le Puglie," is truly diverse, offering its visitors a wealth of nature, history, traditions, aromas, and spirituality throughout the year. Puglia, the heel of Italy's boot, is a magical region, a strip of land jutting into the sea with a wide selection of enchanting coastlines to suit every taste.

Electricity consumption is charged separately from the rental costs. Billing is handled through Airbnb a few days after departure. The rate is €0.40 per kWh (approximately €80-100 per week, depending on air conditioning usage and whether the pool is still in operation).

The pool is open from May to the end of September. A whirlpool may also be available from October onwards. The pool comfortably accommodates four people, but can be expanded to five for an additional fee.

Bed linens and towels can be rented on-site for €25. A set includes one double bed set, two bath towels, two hand towels, and a kitchen towel.

A cleaning fee of €200 is payable on-site in cash.

The pool is open from May to the end of September. A whirlpool may also be available from October onwards. Guests are expected to leave the house clean and tidy and to have washed the dishes upon departure.
