This house has 3 BR/1 bath, LR, fully equipped Kitchen, Large back room, 2 enclosed sun porches w/furniture, Large Front & Backyard with Outside Fireplace, 2 car garage equipped with outdoor speakers, gas grill, tables, chairs & cornhole. Separate entrance to the beach and Evans Town Park.

Beautiful outdoor space, lots of bedrooms

My son and parents really enjoyed this property. There were lots of private bedrooms, a large tv in the living room, and wonderful outdoor space including a frog pond and fire pit for s'mores. It was very clean. The host was easy to communicate with. The kitchen was well stocked. There was plenty of seating in the living room for four of us, but not much additional indoor seating and no large table for games or dining together. Plenty of seating including a large table outdoors to use in good weather!

A Good Time with Friends

The house is very spacious. It had a bed for each one of us (5 of us) to use. It has a lovely area for bonfires and the house is only about a 5 min walk to the lake/ beach and the restaurants nearby. My friends and I had a really great time.
