Location can't be beat, 15 minutes from where you want to be at all times with an easy direct ride into Buffalo. The street was quiet and relaxing, and the views of the water, whether from the porch, upstairs living room, or from the beach were spectacular. The beach is rocky, as expected, so make sure to bring water shoes. While we were there, the sandbar was only a few feet off shore and easy to get to. We had a paddle board and were able to take it out easily every day. The host is friendly and communicative, check in and out very easy. Will definitely stay again!

Cozy Comfort

Experience was above expectations. Just imagine what it would have been like if without the smog from Canada...Tom was an excellent host, he gave excellent places of interest and places to eat which we tried and was not disappointed. We had a wonderful stay at the beach house! The host was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He gave us multiple ideas of places to go for dinner and entertainment. The house was very nice and had everything we needed. The view was absolutely incredible and there was easy beach access. I would definitely recommend!

Our host, Tom, was incredible—warm over text, highly attentive to detail, and prompt in ensuring all our needs were met.Check-in was seamless with keypad access, and Tom messaged ahead with clear instructions. Parking was a breeze in the paved driveway, which easily fits two cars.The outdoor space is fantastic, offering peaceful surroundings, a great lake view, and easy beach access. Enjoying morning coffee on the patio and relaxing in the backyard seating—with string lights adding a cozy nighttime atmosphere—was a trip highlight.Inside, the home is exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated. TVs with Roku streaming in every room were a hit with the kids! Remote work was effortless thanks to fast Wi-Fi that handled multiple devices easily. The kitchen is fully stocked, and we loved cooking and sharing family meals in the kitchen nook. Having two kitchens (one per floor) made late-night snacks super convenient. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless and well-stocked with towels, and laundry and garbage access were straightforward.Located about 30 minutes from Niagara Falls State Park and 20 minutes from Downtown Buffalo, with nearby grocery stores and restaurants, it’s an ideal spot. We chose it for the lakeside setting and proximity to Niagara Falls, and we couldn't be happier. We’d love to return!

Our experience at Tom’s place was AMAZING! It was the perfect location with the perfect view. It was super easy to check in and check out. I highly recommend this quaint cottage style house.

Dream Stay for National Buffalo Wing Festival!

Our team comes up to Buffalo every year for the National Wing Festival in Orchard Park. This was by far the best property we have stayed at yet. Beautiful views of Lake Erie, super clean property and the most kind and attentive host in Tom! We are already looking forward to coming back again next year!!

We had such a lovely stay at this lake house—it was truly the perfect home for our family of four. We were in town for our daughter’s swim meet in Buffalo, and this place made the trip even more special. The upstairs living room has absolutely amazing views of the lake, which we enjoyed every morning and evening.Even though we visited during the first week of April and the weather was cold, we still had a great time walking along the shore. One of the highlights was finding fossils right on the beach—it made us feel like kids again!The location is also fantastic, with Niagara Falls only about a 40-minute drive away, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay—beautiful home Tom was great very quick to respond with any questions, great location, and wonderful memories. We would definitely come back!

Relaxing, safe area with plenty to do

Outside of the big vity but withing 25 minutes of so much to do. Owner very easy to work with, he even helped to gety jacket bavk to me after we left and forgot it!

November Weekend

My son, a good friend and myself spent a long weekend at this property. Everything was outstanding from the lake view, comfortable beds to the well outfitted kitchen. All for a very reasonable rate. Could not recommend it more.

Everything was epic at Tom’s place. Close to the game and an unbelievable stay. Right on the water. Tom was the best host you can ask for, he made the house and stay 10 times better. We are for sure coming back!

Lake home

Great vacation home, clean with everything you need. Beautiful view of Lake. Tom the owner is quick to communicate if you need anything. He is a wealth of info about the area and plenty of things to do. Thanks Tom for everything!!
