Shore Points Vacations managed property ~ ZERO TAXES proudly offered on ALL of our vacation rental properties!

OCE1308 - This large 7BR 3.5 bath home on the South end of Point Pleasant Beach is located just one house in from the beach with no streets to cross. With large bedrooms and a bath on both floors there is plenty of room for everyone. Large kitchen and living areas mean that you're entire family will have plenty of space. Also has a back patio with outdoor furniture for enjoying the ocean breezes & plenty of parking!

Shore Points Vacations cancellation policy supersedes any policy advertised or insinuated on other marketplaces. The terms of our lease/rental agreement shall prevail. View our rental agreement for full terms & conditions, however should you wish to cancel your reservation then this is to be requested in writing to Shore Points Vacations. In short, the reservation must be re-booked for any refund to be offered unless otherwise agreed to by the property owner. Trip cancellation insurance is also available and costs about half of what the taxes would cost you which we are exempted from. Shore Points Vacations will do everything in our power to accommodate, as it is our mission to provide an exceptional experience and to become your top choice for your beach vacation every year! If you do not agree with our terms you should not book this rental.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
