Amenities include large clubhouse for entertaining, fitness center, billiards room, beautiful heated resort style pool with cascading waterfall and separate spa. This lovely second floor unit has an attached garage for your convenience. It is beautifully furnished with 1 queen size bed, 1 full size bed and two full bathrooms. 90 day minimum per association regulations. *Furniture subject to change/update*
