"Beach & Sunsets" is located near the beautiful beaches of Bonita, Naples and Ft. Myers. Delight yourself with stunning sunsets. Shopping malls and fine restaurants are within walking distance, offering a vast selection of recognized brand name stores.
"Beach and sunsets" has been romantically decorated to offer a relaxed and intimate vibe. You will love this private community with two pools, gym with full bathrooms, walking trail, tennis and basketball courts, 9 holes golf course and more... Unit has a screened in lanai, high speed internet, cable, fully equipped kitchen, linens, washer and dryer and much more...
Our goal is for you to lay back and enjoy!

Coconut Point is a picturesque outdoor mall featuring over 140 stores including Dillard’s, Target, Apple Store and Barnes & Noble – all surrounding several acres of lakes with a boardwalk. Experience a wide range of dining options, from the elegant Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse and new Southfork Grill, to family favorites Ted’s Montana Grill, Bice or California Pizza Kitchen. Grab and go choices Five Guys Burgers and Fries, Panera Bread or Subway are a few of the fast casual options. Or if you decide to make it dinner and a movie our 16 screen Hollywood Theaters is available within walking distance of many of our restaurants. Exactly as advertised

No disappointments at all. Beaches are only 15 minutes or so away, so if you don’t want to spend the to stay there this is a good alternative.

Lovely family vacation

I stayed for a month and was lucky enough to share it with my adult boys. We fully enjoyed our month. The owners were so easy to work with. Answered my questions immediately and gave me the heads up to different places reopening. Only negative, it is already booked for next year.

Beach and sunsets condo

The place is very nice, quiet and very secure. The condo is close to the pool. There is a lot of activities to do. Little 9 holes golf course, pickerball , bacci, tennis, sheffelboard. It’s also very close to a mal with a lot of shops and restaurants. We really enjoy our stay there and I highly recommend the place. Giving it a 100% on everything

Well placed and comfortable condo

Great place to stay - across from Coconut Point and close to parks and beaches (it will be great when they are all open again, following hurricane Ian devastation). In the neighbourhood the condo is ideally placed for the swimming pool - also the lovely pitch and putt course is close by. The property would be fine for four occupants. Everything needed was supplied. Some noise a couple of hours each evening from young children below, but only to be expected. More detailed information regarding the location of the condo in the neighbourhood would have been good, as we arrived late at night and had some difficulty finding it - it is in The Greens area.

Disappointed

The hosts were very nice and easy to get questions answered. I know that most hots and/or owners do not live in the places. I rely on reviews and we picked this condo because it had good reviews. I really hate leaving this review, but I think we need to be honest on the review. The condo is in a nice development. Very laid back. The bad part was the people underneath us. You can hear everything. They have 2 young kids and they were very noisy in the morning. The parents smoked pot every night! The smell would come into the condo. Beds were pretty uncomfortable. Not a fan of the sheets or towels. Did not like the microfiber sheets. They were mismatched. The towels were old and missed matched also. We’re were there a month and we only had about 4 towels and 1 extra pair of sheets. The master bedroom fan did not work and we had no way of cleaning the floors. They were all tile and you can’t clean a tile floor with a broom. It just makes the dirt fly around. The most disappointing issue for me was the kitchen. We had plenty of dishes and glasses. Hardly had any pots & pans. We had several small skillets. No sheet pans or baking pans. Not 1 sharp knife! I love to cook and did very little cooking. I hope some of these issues are taken care of for others renting the condo. Again, I feel like I needed to give a review like this and I’m sorry for having to write this.

Great condo.

Very nice condo, super clean, great communication with owner. Great community, very nice clubhouse, pool, and activities. Great location, close to mall and shopping and to the beaches.

Great activities available

Property was delivered in great condition and exactly as advertised. The host was very accommodating in answering questions and providing information on amenities. Tons of places to go walking or biking. Pools are available on the property and exercise room. Overall a wonderful experience

Great location!

The condo and the condo development was very nice with very friendly people. Across the street from Coconut Pointe with every kind of restaurant and store. Only 15 minutes to Bonita Beach. We liked everything about this condo.
