Our lovingly furnished apartment offers space for you and your family / training chamber members and everyone who needs a break from everyday stress. From your own roof terrace you have a wonderful view of the sea and can be sheltered from the wind or relax with a drink in the lounge.
Start your vacation outdoors with breakfast on the balcony. Recreation seekers will find their haven of peace while dozing on the lounger by the community pool or on the sandy beach, which is only about 400m away. "Active vacationers" offers "Casa Maryani" a great starting point for hiking, biking or jogging - all year round, thanks to the gas central heating.

Stayed as a family of four. Apartment as advertised, spacious and very clean. Real home from home with many condiments and cleaning items provided. This allowed us to self cater on a number of evenings. Pool area is lovely, often had this to ourselves. Really was a highlight for us. The apartment is a short walk from all amenities and the beach.

A wonderful property in a great location

I stayed with some friends at the apartment in September. The apartment had everything we needed. The hosts were extremely punctual in all communications leading up to the stay. The location was great - a short walk to the promenade where they had plenty of restaurants. We didn't use the terrace as it isn't directly accessible from the apartment itself but by a separate staircase outside of the apartment but this didn't stop our enjoyment as we spent time on the balcony. I would highly recommend the property.

Tolle Fewo und vorbildliche Vermieter!

Wir waren bereits zum dritten Mal Gast. Wir haben die Zeit wieder genossen und bereits fürs nächste gebucht. Fewo liegt zentral und dennoch in einer ruhigeren Wohnsiedlung. Parkplätze für den Mietwagen gibt es ausreichend. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist gut und zweckmäßig.

Großzügige, helle und saubere Wohnung

Schon bereits vor der Buchung waren die Gastgeber gerne bereit fragen zu beantworten, und das auch noch schnell. So stand der Buchung nichts entgegen. Der Check-in konnte individuell mit den Besitzern geklärt werden. Die Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort hat uns empfangen und die Kurzeinweisung gemacht. Letzte fragen könnten geklärt werden. Die Wohnung entsprach der Beschreibung. Schön, gross und hell. Alles an Ausstattung was mach um Urlaub braucht. Mehr als gewöhnlich wie in anderen Wohnungen sonst vorhanden. Kontakt wäre unproblematisch möglich mit Besitzern und Ansprechpartnern aber aufgrund der guten Vorbereitung kein Kontakt nötig gewesen. Top. Tolle Wohngegend ruhige Nachbarn grosser und sauberer Pool. Fazit: zu empfehlen!
