Beautiful 2BR/2BA Condo. Holiday Hills Near Branson Landing/No Stairs

Our goal was to create an environment where you could relax and feel at home while taking in the many attractions of Branson! The condo is located at the beautiful Holiday Hills Resort, just minutes(about 2.5 miles) from Branson Landing, historic Branson Downtown, Lake Taneycomo, and the convention center but away from the noise and traffic.
The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size pillow-top memory foam mattress. There is a walk-in shower in the master bath and two sinks. The second bedroom is furnished with one full bed and one twin bunkbed. This bedroom has a full private bath as well.
The living area features a comfortable sofa, a recliner, and two large armchairs as well as a 64-inch flat-screen Smart television. The covered patio is ground level and just off the living area. It is a great place to relax as you enjoy the view of the golf course.
Our condo features YouTube TV in the living room as well as both bedrooms, and wireless internet. Netflix, using your own account, is available. You can even record shows while you are gone and watch them later. The kitchen is stocked with small appliances, cookware, and a Crock Pot, whether you plan to cook dinner or just have breakfast before you leave for the day. There is a washer/dryer in the condo as well as an iron and ironing board.

This condo was the cleanest and most well stocked with essentials than any place I have ever stayed. The layout of the condo was great. The location was perfect with a great view and convenient access for my dog. Communication with the host was great and he was easily accessible.

This was the cleanest, cutest, and the neighbors as well as property owners were friendly!! The pool had several people when we got there. They offered their floaties and we all talked. Pets were welcome and they enjoyed their stay as well. We will definitely book again!

Had an amazing stay with my wife and our fur baby! The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to do, yet peaceful enough that we never felt like we were in the middle of a crowded tourist area. Waking up to the beautiful view of the golf course each morning was such a treat.The host was fantastic, responding quickly to any questions we had and making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The home was incredibly cozy, clean, and comfortable, making it easy to settle in and feel right at home from the moment we arrived.We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. The property was clean and the host communicated effectively. Checked in once during the week to see if we needed anything. The location was away from the attractions. It was perfect because we could choose to relax and not feel like we needed to always be going somewhere. I would stay here again. My family and pets spent three nights in this clean, wonderfully furnished Branson condo! Located near the Holiday Hills golf course, the condo was pet friendly and stocked with all the essentials for our stay. Communication with the owner was prompt and pleasant. My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was so clean and spacious. It was also conveniently located. It was close to most restaurants, shows, and shopping. It was also in a very safe/quiet location. Our view from the patio was beautiful. I loved listening to the waterfall on the golf course that was in our view. The communication with the host was the best I’ve ever experienced. He even text us just to check on us to make sure everything was going ok. The shower in the master bathroom was also one of the best I’ve seen in a rental. The kitchen was very well stocked for any need one might have. If you like the use of a pool, it was really close by. We will absolutely stay here again.

This was a wonderful location! Loved the ground floor entrance and the view off the back patio! Kitchen was fully stocked and there was coffee makers and coffee available! It was clean and comfy! The host was super great to work with. Highly recommend 😊

We were welcomed with bottled water and snacks. Kitchen was well equipped. Living space was spacious and comfortable. The host checked in on us to ensure are needs were met after check-in. We had a great stay at this condo and would absolutely return. It was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The layout worked well for our family, and the beds were especially comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, and everything we needed was provided.Check-in and check-out were simple, and communication was smooth. The location was also very convenient while still being quiet and relaxing.Overall, a wonderful experience—highly recommend!

The Condo was well stocked with everything you could possibly use. The rooms are large and the double sink and extra large walk in shower in the main bathroom was very nice. It has a large yard to walk your fur babies. The bed is very comfortable and it is a king size. The Condo was clean and has plenty of seating. It is a gated community too, so not a lot of street traffic. We hope to stay here again in the future.

We loved everything about our stay! David the owner checked on us after our first night in the condo. He is fantastic to work with. The condo is nicely decorated, such a cute & homey little place! Comfortable beds, nice furnishings & a very well equipped kitchen. Nice walk in unit with a lovely view of the golf course. Our little dog loved watching the golfers as did we! We felt right at home. We will definitely be back!

Linda and I were born and raised in Texas. We were both lifetime educators and retired after 30 years working with young people. The day we retired we moved to Conway AR to be near our girls and their families. Since then, our families have visited Branson numerous times each year and have fell in love with the area. We decided to purchase a condo so we could spend more time here.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Beautiful area and so much to do for the entire family at the Holiday Hills Resort. Condo is just minutes (2.5 miles) from the Branson Landing and the new convention center but away from the noise and traffic. There a so many things to do at the resort for adults and kids, you could actually just stay on site and have a great vacation.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

No stairs at all. Condo is Walk-in, Walk-out. Parking is often available very near the front door, but not guaranteed or assigned. Clean and comfortable. TV's in every room. Quiet and comfortable. Tons of amenities (4 pools, Golf course, Disc Golf, Tennis, Large game room, café and much more).The unit above is owned by a wonderful local lady who owns and lives there, so there is very little noise above you. Netflix access by using your own account. You can get to it from the DVR. Go to My Programs and scroll all the way down to where it says "Netflix". Also use the DVR to record shows while you are out and about and watch them later when you get back to the condo.
