The Ambria "del Sol" apartment in Świnoujście is located in a completely new residential area "Kwartał Róży Wiatrów" ("Windenrose district"), near the old landscape health park with the area of 58 ha. The apartment consists of a bedroom, very spacious, a living room with kitchenette, dining area and a modern bathroom.
If you want privacy and independence, you will surely love the well-equipped kitchenette. Its total area is 30 m2.

The location is absolutely perfect - on the one hand it is really close to the city center, and on the other hand to the spa park - this oasis of tranquility. Nearby there are also: the marina, the ferry dock, sandy beach, promenade and historic fortifications.
Within about 150 m from the apartment you will also find such shops as Biedronka and LIDL.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE APARTMENTS NEEDED MAY BE RENOVATED IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD APARTMENTS.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, im Apartment ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt,der angrenzende Park ist ein weiteres Highlight für Hundebesitzbesitzer, nach 10min ist man an der Promenade und am Strand, es gint viele Restaurants zum Einkehren, die alle hervorragendes Essen bieten.immer wieder gerner

Habe es mir anders vorgestellt.

Bin mir nicht sicher, ob die Entfernungsangaben zu Strand und Bahnhof wirklich stimmen. Schien mir weiter zu sein. In der Ferienwohnung störten die Risse in der Wand und die schlecht schließende Tür.

Das Gebäude ist neu und die Wände weisen möglicherweise einige kleine Risse auf. Sie kannten die Entfernung zum Strand, haben aber trotzdem reserviert. Ein Stern für eine so schöne und komfortable Wohnung – dazu gibt es keine Worte.

Feines Apartment

Alles neu und in sehr gutem Zustand. Sehr zentral gelegen. Wer allerdings zwischendurch mal Putzen will, wird Putzmittel vermissen. Kann man aber in der Nähe kaufen. Das Auto haben wir nicht bewegt in unserer Zeit dort.

Schönes Appartement

Die kleine Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet. Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsenen, 2 Kindern und Hund dort. Ich würde die Wohnung aber für max. 3 Personen empfehlen. Aber für 4 Nächte war es trotzdem ok. Es ist ausreichend ausgestattet und man kann es sich dort gut gehen lassen Der Service war rundum positiv.
