This gorgeous, modern home is walking distance to UF's stadium and perfect for any group traveling to Gainesville. With four spacious rooms, groups of up to eight people can relax comfortably. One room includes a unique gaming setup with a Playstation – perfect for the gamers in your group. Our modern kitchen is roomy enough for large groups, and our spacious living room has seating for the whole party. Our flat screen TV comes with streaming services, or you can choose to watch the Gator game!

Please note - we have Ring cameras in the front and back of the home. They are exterior cameras.

As a friendly reminder, we do not permit pets at our home. Unauthorized pets may result in a penalty to the security deposit.

A wonderful family weekend

Spacious modern home

With the birth of our first grandchild in Gainesville weeks before Christmas, we moved our family holiday celebration to this rental. The large kitchen and open concept of the living and dining area was perfect. We also enjoyed the firepit in the private backyard. Very nice rental

First class property and host

Big thank you to Maria for making our stay easy and enjoyable. We stayed for my son's graduation from UF with a party of 8 of our family. Just a perfect place for us all enjoy each other's company in a great environment. The place was pricey as I booked last minute but feel it was was worth it. Book this property in confidence!
