The entrance features a wardrobe, leading into a cozy living area with a chaiselongue sofa that transforms into two comfortable beds (140/210 cm) and a 43-inch TV. An integrated dining space for four and a workspace make it convenient for remote work. The separate, fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, and cooktop. The spacious bedroom has a double bed (two 90x200 cm mattresses) and a closet, also suitable for a children's travel bed.

The bathroom includes a shower and WC, complemented by a separate storage room. A communal washing machine and dryer are available in the basement for a fee. A designated parking space is provided in the underground garage.
