The house was super clean. The kitchen had everything you’d need for cooking. Comfortable living and dining areas with plenty of room. The single car driveway was a huge plus. Most neighborhoods in Pueblo have street parking only.This location is close to lots of restaurants and downtown shops. A great place to stay

Loved the house - Perfect for us. Great location near the highway. We had everything we needed for our stay and enjoyed the back yard every night.

A+ VRBO Stay!

This was one of the best VRBO rentals we've ever experienced! The house was quaint, clean and comfortable. Perfectly located with easy access to restaurants and activities. We'll be back on our next visit to Pueblo!

Very charming place to stay

Super nice piece of property, charming 2 bedroom house. Nicely decorated, back yard pleasant to sit in and have a late afternoon drink to relax after a busy day, and house immaculately cleaned when we “moved” in. Good location to downtown.

David and I discussed the reason for his 4 star review. He left this rating due to the street noise and due to the creaking floors. For future potential guests, this home is downtown and has the potential for noise. Fans and white noise machines are provided in each bedroom to dull the sound to help you rest well. This house was built in 1921. The Casa’s floors are beautiful original oak and have the potential of creaking. After discussing the reason for the 4 star, David asked if he could change it to a 5 star, but ratings cannot be adjusted after finalized. Just wanted to clarify the reason for the 4 star for future potential guests. ❤️

Relaxing

Was in town for a softball tournament and this was a prime location for us. It was nice to come back to a place we could relax I peace. It was a home away from home!

Best place we've ever stayed at love the backyard Privacy and the Beautiful Historic 1921 home in downtown Pueblo we come to Pueblo at lease twice or more a year. I will never stay at any place else ,We'll book the Cozy Casa again when we come again Loved Everything!

The house was very nice. The only downside was the street noise from 13th av about 15 feet from the front of the house. The concrete building across the street amplified the sound . The noise was intermittent, not a lot of traffic but the HD motorcycles and cars with loud exhaust systems could be extremely loud.

You want to stay here!

Cute little house that is conveniently located near a pretty much everything! Heather was very communicative and made check in and check out easy. I really appreciated the fans in the bedrooms! She was very thoughtful with the little things. I’ll definitely be staying here again!

Visiting my daughter

One daughter came with me to visit the other daughter in Pueblo. We had a great time. It is a lovely house and we felt very comfortable and relaxed there. Very stress-free!

Cozy Casa 2023

The cozy casa is a lovely place and was ideal for this visit to Pueblo. It seemed like a home away from home with its comfy beds. It was super clean and well furnished with a nice little backyard to be enjoyed on hot summer nights. We appreciated its walking proximity to the park and that restaurants, stores and CSUP were a quick drive away. We look forward to returning.
