The home offers four cozy bedrooms. A master suite with a king-size bed, walk-in closet, complete with a jetted tub, stand-up shower, dual vanities. Upstairs, three additional bedrooms provide flexible sleeping arrangements for families or groups. A full bathroom featuring dual vanity and sinks with separate shower/toilet area for added privacy and convenience.
The backyard is designed for both fun and relaxation. Enjoy a game of pickleball or basketball on the sport court, then kick back under the covered patio with a cold drink. Gather around the firepit or fire up the grill for a backyard BBQ. We chose this neighborhood and quiet cul-de-sac because it offers the best of both worlds—peace and privacy, but still just minutes from CSU Pueblo, golf courses, shopping, and the Riverwalk. It’s a family-friendly neighborhood with welcoming neighbors, wide streets, and mature trees. We love the calm atmosphere, the mountain views, and the convenience of being close to everything without the noise or traffic.
