Newly renovated! This cozy two-story beach Condo comfortably sleeps 8. Step out onto the spacious balcony for morning coffee, and feel the breeze coming from the call of the sea. Rejuvenate your body and soul with family & friends. Overlooks a tropical pool, breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico, and the Bay. 2 bedroom 2.5 bath sleeps 8 with new queen sleeper sofa.

This stunning condo is on two levels, with the main living areas downstairs with a half bath. There are two full baths upstairs. It also has two relaxing bedrooms located upstairs. The fully stocked kitchen has all the amenities of home and then some. Beautiful granite countertops and full-sized stainless appliances. If you want to dine in, there are plenty of options. You can eat at the breakfast bar, at the dining table, or on the balcony. The primary suite has a queen size bed with an in-room bath featuring a custom walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and two bunk beds. TVs are located in the living area and both bedrooms. The downstairs leather couch folds out into a queen-size sleeper sofa.

The Maravilla offers three pools on-site, including a large tropical-style pool with a swim-up bar area. There is also a beach-entry-style pool, a heated pool, and a hot tub. There is also a Fitness Center near the front office. There are several charcoal grills and picnic tables located around the property for your use. There is a Dog park located on property close to the condo.

Galveston Island is a great vacation destination with a variety of activities to enjoy. Within walking distance from the Maravilla, there are go-carts, miniature golf, fishing, and restaurants. There are many great restaurants around the island. Be sure to visit the Historic Strand District and enjoy a day of shopping. For entertainment of all ages, spend time at the pleasure pier or Schlitterbahn Galveston. You might even enjoy a show at The Grand 1894 Opera House, located only 6 miles away.

The property is available for rent to adults over the age of 25 and their families.

The condo is very clean and the grounds and pools/hot tubs were well maintained. There was plenty of chairs available. The patio has a great view of the pool and ocean. You can’t get to the front door without a few stairs so be aware especially when bringing luggage in and out. Great stay.

Property is well located. Across from beach, and a short drive to Main Street Galveston. I am really picky about cleanliness of bathrooms and bedrooms at places I stay. Entire property was incredibly clean and so cozy.

This property was as advertised. Our family of four: myself, my husband and our two older teenagers enjoyed it and it was a good fit. The balcony overlooked the beautiful pool and had a an ocean view. The walk to the ocean was less than ten minutes but you do have to cross Seawall. The beach right across from the condo was not crowded. There is an elevator that goes up to the third floor, however you still have to climb up about 10 steps to reach the condo. Check in was easy, Michelle sent a code. You do have to go to the condo office and pay 10/day for parking. There was plenty of parking. It was clean and the kitchen had most things you would need to cook. We ate out so we didn’t really use that. You could hear the neighbors, however that wasn’t a huge issue for us. The location was close to Wal-mart and lots of restaurants. It was about a 15 minute drive to Pleasure Pier. The pools are really nice, there are three plus two hot tubs. They do have bracelets that the office gives you that you are supposed to wear in the pool areas. We would stay here again! *be careful of the balcony if you have small children as the rails seem a little wobbly and the slats are wide. Also, the condo is updated inside, but the outside of the building needs some updating and there seems to be construction happening at least on the front of the condos.

The place was very spacious , 2 ,18 year olds and 2 ,17 year old girls along with my mother , the view was beautiful, had ample amount of towels , close to everything , quiet part of the beach , would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Condo

The property is being remodeled so lots of construction in the front. This condo is in the back and beautifully decorated, clean, lovely view of the ocean and had everything we needed. Would definitely come back! Owner was easy to work with and so accommodating. We enjoyed our visit, the pool is gorgeous!

Fantastic place to stay!

Our experience with The Maravilla was wonderful! Honestly can't say enough and have ZERO complaints. A family of 5, including 3 teenagers and we had plenty of space, towels, beach chairs on hand if we wanted, coffee and other items to get us started before heading to the store, nice patio...the list is endless. . I would highly recommend to anyone traveling to this area. 10/10 in our book!

Long weekend get-away

Michelle’s property was perfect for my daughters and I. The condo was above par clean, organized and well stocked for a long weekend get away. The patio with the view is amazing and the heated pool came in handy. The exterior of the complex could use a little updating(construction in process) but Michelle’s condo was an excellent choice for us and we would definitely rent again!

Great place!

Great place to stay. We stayed a week. Far enough away from the crazy but close enough to enjoy it all as well. Across the street from a very clean beach. The property was well kept with very polite and welcoming employees! Beds are super comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with all the gadgets you need. Clean, comfortable, and affordable stay for sure. Property owner VERY quick and responsive with any questions, ideas, and help as needed. Will definitely stay again!
