BEACH HAIR; DON'T CARE! - Amazing Gulf Views! Front Row at The Victorian Condos. 2 BR plus small bunk bedroom and 2 full baths. Sleeps 8 with sleeper sofa. Just a short walk to Galveston's sandy Babe's Beach! The living room features a queen size sleeper sofa, additional seating, entertainment center, wall mounted TV and entry to the balcony with views of the Gulf. You can also enjoy the view while you dine at the bar height table which is perfect to serve the catch of the day or for game nights after a day at the pool or beach! The kitchen is fully stocked with dinnerware and silverware plus the things you'll need for those nights you choose to dine in.. The cook can also enjoy the view while working at the breakfast bar and visiting with other guests. When you're ready to call it a night, the primary bedroom features a comfy king size bed and the secondary bedroom offers the same. Both bedrooms have large closets with hanging and storage space to unpack your belongings. There is also an iron and ironing board for your needs if you are heading out for special occasions. There are twin bunks beds located in a small room in the hallway which can be used for additional guests or the kiddos! You'll love the walk-in shower in the hall bath or the tub/shower combo in the primary bathroom. The best part is the balcony, located right off the living area, with comfortable chairs to enjoy the sight and sounds of the waves! Beach towels are provided for guests use! 100% cotton bath towels and linens are provided for every guest reservation. Your first set of starter supplies are also provided and include: a roll of paper towel, a few rolls of toilet paper, a hotel supply of soap, shampoo, and conditioner, a couple dishwasher pods and dish soap. There may be some variations in furnishings or decor since pictures were taken.

The Victorian Condominiums feature two swimming pools (one is heated year round), tennis courts, fitness center, BBQ area, covered parking and is completely fenced and gated. The beach is across the street and many restaurants and shopping are also within walking distance, including Walmart, Sonic, Pit Stop BBQ, Orange Leaf frozen Yogurt and more!

Please check in at the front office before going to your unit. There is a $35 resort fee for up to 14 days and will increase to $70 for 15-30 days; that includes a parking pass, amenity bands, and entry codes into the property gates and pools. This fee will allow you access to the property as well as the codes for amenities and parking for up to 2 vehicles. If you pay an ADDITIONAL FEE of $35, it will cover up to 2 extra vehicles. Every motorized vehicle MUST BE registered. (Car, Truck, SUV, Motorcycle, Slingshot, Golfcart, Trailer, etc.) Trailers will be charged $35 per axle. All trailers must be unhitched and parked in over flow parking area. Trailers are allowed during Galveston's Lone Star Rally week only. The office is open from 7am to 11pm and will not accept cash. Please be sure your car is registered with The Victorian as they reserve the right to tow any unregistered vehicles.

We welcome our guests and work diligently to make their experience memorable. However, we only rent to adults over the age of 25 and families. A photo copy of identification of main renter is required prior to arrival of stay.

All fees and services are subject to 15% tax.
