Cosy, simple apartment house "Armina". In a position. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Stepped path (72 steps) to the house. Supermarket 800 m, restaurant 100 m, bakery 700 m, bicycle rental 700 m, 6 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Matterhorn Glacier Paradise" 350 m, railway station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 1 km. Mountain railway, ski rental 450 m, ski bus stop 350 m, ski school 600 m, children's ski school. Cabs cannot stop right in front of the house. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Zermatt.
2-room apartment 70 m2 on 2nd floor, south facing position. Spacious, fully renovated in 2022, beautiful and modern furnishings: living room with dining table, TV and hi-fi system. Walk-through room with 1 double bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine, raclette grill, combination microwave, fondue Set (cheese)). Bath/WC. Heating. Small balcony, south facing position and, east facing position. Balcony furniture. Side view of the mountains. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only.

Lage der Wohnung gut gelegen. Talstation/Gondel in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Einziger Mangel der Liegenschaft: Badezimmer könnte man sanieren/modernisieren. Heutzutage wäre eine Duschkabine angebrachter. Badewanne wird kaum benötigt.

Joli appartement mais sombre

Joli appartement malheureusement très sombre, avec vis à vis très proche, accès difficile par 70 marches d’escaliers depuis la route. Bien aménagé, jolie cuisine très bien équipée.
