Simple apartment house "Grillon", 4 storeys. In the district of Wiesti 650 m from the centre of Zermatt, in a quiet, elevated position, south facing position. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Stepped path to the house. Supermarket 500 m, restaurant 100 m, bakery 400 m, 10 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Wiestibrücke" 260 m, railway station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 650 m. Mountain railway 350 m, ski rental 350 m, ski bus stop, ski school 750 m, children's ski school. Cabs cannot stop right in front of the house. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Zermatt.
1-room apartment 45 m2, south facing position. Fully renovated in 2016, beautiful and cosy furnishings: living/sleeping room with 2 double sofabeds (140 cm, length 200 cm), dining table and TV. Exit to the balcony. Small kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine, fondue Set (chinoise, cheese)). Bath/WC. Balcony, south facing position. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the Matterhorn. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only.

Fine but smelly appartement

The appartment was fine, except for a major cooking smell from the previous guests throughout our entire stay. Even though we opened all windows for 4 days, the penetrating spices smell did not get out. The ventilation system did not work, which we notified to the office. They sent over technicians within the next day, but could not fix it. Overall we enjoyed our stay in the apartment given nice view on the Matterhorn and it is equipped fine, but we think the renting agency should not have rented out this apartment given the smell and they should have us some form of apologies and/or compensation.

Schicke Wohnung mit toller Aussicht direkt auf das Matterhorn. Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet mit Herd, Backofen und vielen Utensilien. Zugang zum Haus über steilen Weg mit Treppen. Wegbeschreibung/Beschilderung könnte noch besser sein. Uns ist nicht bekannt ob eine Skikeller vorhanden ist. Platz zum trocknen von nassen Sachen begrenzt. Würden wir aber auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Tolle Ausstattung vom Appartement. Sehr modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist einfach der Traum. Dort lässt sich Urlaub machen und das vom feinsten. Kann es wirklich nur jeden sehr empfehlen. Wir waren sicher nicht das letzte mal dort.

Fantàstic apartament

Apartament molt ben distribuit. Amb vistes perfectes al matterhorn. Disposa d’una habitació gran amb un armari que es converteix en llit doble, i una altre amb sofà-llit i una taula per menjar. La cuina esta totalment equipada i el lavabo esta força be.

Schlüsselübergabe im Interhome-Büro mühsam. Besonders in Zermatt, wo man nicht mit Auto anreisen kann. Gepäcktransport anstrengend, da letzter Teil nur zu Fuss möglich. Briefkasten und Hausglocke bitte mit "Interhome" anschreiben.

Très bel appartement décoré avec goût et fonctionnel. Grand balcon avec une magnifique vue sur le Cervin. Seul bémol, le chemin d'accès à l'appartement très en pente, très difficile à monter avec des gros bagages. Ne convient pas à des personnes à mobilité réduite

Great apartment. A little walk from town though.

Great little apartment but a little too far out of town for us. Would recommend though if you don’t mind a walk into town.

Sehr gemütliche Wohnung mit Sicht auf das Matterhorn. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Nur leider war die checkout Zeit etwas zu früh und wurden prompt vom Reinigungspersonal überrascht.

Ausser die Küche war die Wohnung sehr sauber, leider gab es leere Flaschen von den vorherigen Mietern und eine Lampe war kaputt. Aber für ein Paar Tagen ist die Unterkunft super, ganz gut ausgerüstet! Wir würden definitiv es empfehlen!

Nice clean an convenient apartment

Very nice aparment. You can get to the apartment on your skis only doing 250 meters off slopes. Sunnegga train is also very close. Clean and comfortable beds Check in / out procedure was perfect. Interhome staff very nice and professional. The only but is that you cannot reach the apartment on the electric taxis so the last 150 meters you have to walk all your suitcases and skis up when checking in. Also de doorman at Grillon is not the nicest person in Zermatt but not something really relevant.

Apartamento sencillo, pero cómodo. A 5 minutos del centro de Zermatt y a 10 minutos de las rutas de montañismo. El precio ofrecido por la agencia no incluye los gastos de limpieza, toallas y sábanas, así como el seguro de turismo (unos 50€ por persona).
