Stunning home in La Marina, Elche

This typical and cozy country house in La Marina consists of six bedrooms, five bathrooms, a kitchen and a large living room with fireplace. Outside you will find a large barbecue, a children's playground, a volleyball court and a pool table. The pool area is surrounded by several sun loungers and two Balinese beds where you can relax and sunbathe.

The complex also has a sports field with a mini golf course, tennis court and soccer pitch. Younger guests will also have fun here as there are a large number of animals such as chickens, geese, ducks and peacocks.



Just 800 m from the vacation home is a fantastic sandy beach with crystal-clear water, where you can enjoy various water sports such as diving and fishing.

Enjoy the excellent Mediterranean gastronomy in La Marina with its numerous restaurants and bars or visit the old castle, the maritime museum or buy fresh fish at the fish market in Santa Pola, which is just 10 km away. A trip to the capital Alicante, 16 km away, with its fantastic cultural offerings, great marina and Santa Barbara Castle is also worth a visit.

Big family holiday getaway.

With this property the outside facilities were great, crazy golf, boules area, loads of bikes, tennis court, the tennis court nets need attention however. The inside was dated & a bit disappointing. Only one bedroom is en-suite, also the bedroom furniture is in need of updating. The outside kitchen area also needs to be improved & updated.
