5 BEDROOM VILLA WITH 4 BATHROOMS For 10 people Located 8 km from Alicante airport (without any nuisance) with free WIFI
There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor
BEDROOM 1 with a double bed with en suite bathroom bath + shower with 1 baby bed
BEDROOM 2 with 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower

The other 3 bedrooms are upstairs

It opens onto the balcony

The bathroom is for bedrooms 4 and 5 with bath + shower
Fully equipped for 10 people + 1 baby air-conditioned in each room located in Gran Alacant (Santa Pola) with sea views with garden magnificent private swimming pool 9M by 5M with outdoor shower large terraces sun loungers charcoal barbecue, summer kitchen with bar, large fridge high stools for an aperitif. All comfort with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, satellite cable French, English, German, Spanish channels fiber optic internet.
The place is quiet located near the beaches 50m from the supermarket bars restaurants, 5 km from the golf course.
A tourist train crosses the Monte y Mar urbanization to go to the beach.
At 600 meters there is a large shopping center with many bars restaurants large supermarket and also activities for children.
One of the characteristics is the mild climate all year round, ideal to enjoy a good part of the year of the beach.
The beach is animated by many bars with tourist train that crosses the urbanization.
The car is not essential.

Electricity consumption during your stay is at your expense at a rate of €0.35 per kWh and will be deducted from your deposit.

Very big villa with a great pool for kids and adults and we were in the pool every day and evening with plenty of inflatables for the kids allready at the villa.We would have gone to the beach more but the tourist train has stopped running for the last 12 months which was a disappointment as it is the description of the villa.We went up to Massa sqaure every evening for something to eat, plenty of choice and reasonable prices

Fantastic villa. Management team are very professional and acted immediately on a minor pool problem. Owner also very helpful. The perfect villa for 10 people and in a perfect location , a couple of minutes walk away from Masa Square which has restaurants ,bars and entertainment. Fantastic villa

Spacious villa, 6 of us stayed and there was so much room for all of us. It had everything we required for cooking, the bbq area was great.It was a really short walk to the square next door with lovely restaurants and bars. There is a public swimming pool next door and although there was music sometimes it didn’t bother us.The best thing was the big swimming pool where you could escape from the heat. We all said we would love to return

Great villa

The villa is perfect for large families and groups well situated for eating and drinking with Lidl and Aldi supermarkets not far away.The pool area is excellent.The only problem we had was with the caretaker who didn’t turn up on time when we had to leave and return the deposit.Slight problem with the air conditioning and lights for a couple of days but was resolved by an electrician.Definitely will return

Amazing family holiday

We had a lovely weeks stay at this villa. There were 7 adults with an age ranging from 36 to 73 and 2 children who were 1 and 5. The villa was very clean and tidy. The kitchen had a good amount of utensils and equipment. The pool was great and was a really good size. There were plenty of sun loungers and seating areas. Location is great, there are a few restaurants within walking distance. Patagonia steakhouse was our favourite, the steaks were lovely. Lots of supermarkets within walking distance aswell. We got the bus to the beach one day which was also very easy. Overall we loved our stay at this villa and would highly recommend it! We will definitely be returning.

First family holiday abroad with grandchild

Beautiful villa with everything you need. Shame the supermarket next door has shut down but obviously no fault of the villa We loved the fact that there were blinds in the windows which helped with the little one.Overall great and would stay again.

Great stay in Gran Alicant

Had a great week in this villa 7 - 14th May. Beds were comfortable and bedrooms good size, kitchen fully equipped, excellent garden and pool etc. Conveniently located with bars, restaurants and supermarket close by; Carabassi beach is a 20 / 30 min walk away, or a short drive, and 20 / 25 mins to Alicante.Villa was spacious and bright, TV and books etc. in living area. One thing on check in, we didn't know about a 300 euro fee held against 'damages' (we'd already taken out the insurance offered by VRBO), and as this was in cash could have been problematical; as it happened one of the party had extra euros, so not really a problem for us this time. Fee returned promptly (minus cost for electric) upon departure.Good communication with host, and a great stay

Third time we have rented a villa in the same area but this property was by far the best. Very clean, very well furnished and an excellent location.

Winter trip

The villa is lovely, covenantally located near to the shops and bars. It is definitely a summer Vila, as we found it very cold and damp. The damp led to mould in the bedrooms. The heating via air conditioning units is totally inefficient. Also because the weather was very un-Spanish we spent more time inside, unfortunately when you have 10 people staying there is only comfortable seating for at most 6 people. On the odd evening that we wanted to sit on the balcony, there is seating for three people and no cushions for the furniture. A new hob might be a good idea as one of the rings is dangerous.

Short Spring Break

We stayed at this Villa in Late February 2025 as two families for a short spring break. The Villa and location were brilliant and we all enjoyed our time there. Villa was lovely and in a great location. Will definitely be looking to stay again.

Well situated villa within walking distance of shops, restaurants and bars.

Well organised and spacious villa. Plenty of space for various age ranges. Lovely pool but not heated so a little cold for us for an end of October stay. I’m sure it’s lovely in the hot summer.

Het huis was mooi en schoon, meubilair was verschrikkelijk oncomfortabel.

We hebben het prima naar ons zin gehad. Het is een mooi en schoon huis. Het meubilair echter was te weinig en absoluut niet comfortabel. De huiskamer is echt veel te klein voor 10 personen, de tweepersoons bedden te smal. De eettafel stoelen zaten echt niet lekker en de zitjes buiten ook niet comfortabel. De ligbedden bij het zwembad lagen ook echt niet lekker, bij de overgang van zitvlak naar leuning zit een gat waardoor je als je recht wil zitten, of in het gat zakt of dat de rand van de bekleding in je huid snijd. De pannen in de keuken zijn ook beslist niet voldoende voor groepen van 10 personen. De BBQ was bij aankomst ook erg vies. Contact met eigenaar was goed en ook de bemiddelaar waar we de sleutel van kregen was erg vriendelijk. Toen we een probleem met het zwembad hadden was het snel geregeld dat er iemand kwam kijken.

NOISY

The private pool was lovely BUT was spoiled by the non stop noise starting from early morning with the loud music from the water aerobics, the screaming and shouting all day from the community pool and the disco and partying very late at night from the event center next door. I contacted the owner who suggested that I call the police but who wants to get involved with the authorities whilst on a family holiday. I did visit the Center owner who just shrugged and said that he had a license, I did inform him that the noise should stop at 11 pm but it made no difference the disco music went on until the early hours of the morning. The beach was a FORTY MINUTE walk. Buses were every hour. A car IS needed. The beds and pillows are uncomfortable hard foam. I have stayed in less expensive Villas with lovely beds so was very disappointed.

One of our best family holidays!

We loved the villa. Close to everything including the shops, restaurants, bars, gym and bus stops. The pool and bar at the villa were our favourite things. We also enjoyed a BBQ and a takeaway at home. Villa was clean and well looked after. We have already booked for next year.

Amazing

Can't complement the villa enough we all had a fabulous time. Bars and restaurants right next door. Weather was wonderful and undoubtedly we will be back! Would of loved a heated pool as that time of year water pretty cold but didn’t put us off! We arrive quite early but a nice lady met us and kindly let us stay there and then. Any questions we had were answered quickly by email which was very much appreciated. Thank you all for our brilliant holiday in you gorgeous villa. Yvonne
