As you approach the property, the expansive yard and inviting wood-burning fire pit set the stage for relaxation after a day at the beach. The spacious deck is ideal for outdoor BBQs and enjoying the fresh coastal air.

Inside, the open-concept living room, dining area, and well-equipped kitchen create a welcoming space for your vacation needs. Step out onto the balcony off the dining room to savor your morning coffee while soaking in the peaceful surroundings.

While the main floor is air-conditioned, the true charm of Craig's Place lies in opening all the doors and windows to let the sea breeze and natural light flow through the home. The main floor features an airy Queen bedroom with access to the shared bathroom with a washer and dryer.

Upstairs, the newly updated bunk room offers a Queen bed and a twin bed, perfect for families or friends sharing the space. Open the skylight for added sunlight and a breath of fresh air.

The lower level boasts a private Queen suite with a wet bar and a three-quarter bathroom, offering privacy and convenience for two families or couples traveling together.

Take advantage of the convenient location and stroll down to Cape Neddick Beach or Cape Neddick Lobster Pound for a day by the ocean or a delicious dinner with stunning views.

Just returned from a fabulous Maine vacation. We stayed at Craig's Place which was just perfect for our family. The house was super clean, very light and bright and had everything we needed. The location was perfect - a short walk to Cape Neddick Beach and also close to downtown York Beach, Short Sands and Long Sands. I highly recommend Craig's Place!!!

Fabulous Mainecation

We were very pleased with the house and the way it is set up. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is stocked with the necessary equipment. House is a short drive to the beach and close to the road that takes you to other sight-seeing destinations.

Great spot for multiple adults

Great location, privacy and space for everyone. Lovely grounds and quick access to walks and bike rides. Communication with the management company was easy - would definitely recommend!

Family getaway

We had the most wonderful time in Maine, and the rental property made everything that much better. The location is perfect and close to York and Ogunquit. There was plenty of room for all of us to find a quiet corner to read or to gather and play a game. Will definitely stay here again!

Craig’s Place was beautiful. Clean. All the amenities you need. While I always pack extra things, not having to pack sheets and beddings and towels was sooo wonderful. Loved working with Salt & Shine. Will do it again for sure!!

Repeat customers!

This is the second year in a row that my family and I have stayed at Craig's Place. It's the perfect location and size for everything we need. The kids have their privacy on the top floor, my MIL had her own space on the lower level, and I was able to feel like I had my own private space as well where I could escape! Will definitely book again if we plan to come back to Maine for a third year.

Delightful getaway

Everything was just as advertised. We liked that the 3 bedrooms were each on a separate floor of the house and that AC window units worked well. The house is on a quiet, shady lot so it was easy to keep it cool much of the time by opening windows and without the AC. Beautiful sandy beaches--free entry--were within easy drives. Beach chairs were handy.

Cape Neddick Holiday

The house was immaculate and exactly as advertised. Worked out great for our family. We only used 2 levels- did not need the lower level suite. Comfortable, easy, great location. Was surprised we had to deal with the towels, linens & trash based upon the price point & housekeeping fee paid. That said, we were happy to leave the home in almost the same shape as when we arrived!
