Completely updated magical beachfront paradise! This beachfront property is absolutely stunning! This unit offers a lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath first floor walk out condo. Off the living room is a sliding glass door to a large deck with picturesque views of AMI's breathtaking sunsets. Inside you will find an open kitchen, a very classy living and dining room with beautiful luxury vinal tile floors. This unit is also walking distance to fine restaurants and shops on Old Historic Bridge Street.
Amenities Include a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dishes, cook ware, utensils, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, disposal, washer/dryer, linens, central air conditioning/heat, cable HD TV, and deck. Bedding includes 1 king size bed in the master bedroom and 2 twin size beds in the second bedroom. Upon your arrival, the condo will have a starter supply of toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, paper towels and tissues.

Awesome place.

Location is great. Accra to the beach was perfect. Beach never was crowded. Condo was clean and very updated. Beautiful place to stay. I’m keeping this on my short list of places to stay on Anna Maria Island. Loved it.

We have been coming here for years. Location is the best right on the beach. Close to all restaurants. Park your car and start it when you need to go home.

Truly a wonderful condo directly on the beach! Couldn’t have asked for a better location! Sandra was available to answer any questions we may have had! Probably the best vacation we’ve had in years! Will definitely be back!

Perfect spot on the beach

Sandra was a great host. She always answered our questions so quickly. She has fixed her place up so much after the hurricane damage. It was so clean and comfy. We loved being able to open the patio door and walk right out on the beach. There were so many shops and restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location

This is our second Christmas staying here and you cannot beat the location. The views, the beach, the walk to bridge street are all amazing. Having four chairs to sit outside would be nice, there is only a patio set for two, but aside from that it’s wonderful. There are two beach chairs and they added grills this year which was wonderful. If you are looking for views, the beach, and location, this place is it.

Annie Marie Island vacation

We had an awesome time. The condo was just as described, if not better. Everything was great! The location couldn't have been any better. You are literally within walking distance to several bars and restaurants. While we were there, we met a great family from Georgia who was staying next door. I would highly recommend staying here. We are planning on coming back. Thanks for helping have a wonderful vacation!

Place needs updating

Everything is old. The furniture, the sheets, towels, porch furniture, cooking utensils. Toilet in primary bedroom was ridiculous. The only positive thing about the place is the location ‼️‼️‼️

Great stay

We didnt stay in house much. Spent most of the time in ocean. So close to water we just walked back and forth for lunch etc. Had umbrella and beach chairs. Only thing that we didnt know was you have to wash, dry, fold and put away all laundry except for last day. Also same with dishes and take out garbage for check out but not a deal breaker. Enjoyed the place very much. Sunsets beautiful from deck over ocean.

Dirty, cluttered, and noisy

This property needs a deep cleaning and decluttering. The owner has numerous personal items (paint cans and dirty drop cloth, hundreds of family photos, 2 kitchen drawers stuffed with junk, over 12 artificial flower arrangements) that need to be removed. The condo desperately needs repainting and deep cleaning. AND, the walls are paper thin. I could hear people sneezing, running showers, the TV, and a dog barking. If you can ignore the above, it truly is right on the beach. However, don’t expect the outside hose to work, even after maintenance repaired it.

Great location a lot to be desired

pros: the location is awesome. Community grills are now outback and nothing better than a steak cooked on the beach. Cons: odd amount of personal items. Hard to decipher what to use (like towels). Checkout instructions were vague. As to what expectations were. Never received check in information from the host. Chased VRBO customer service to no avail, (the phone was going straight to voicemail, they said they emailed). Called messaged emailed never received instructions. Thankfully the nice neighbor came over and was able to get us into the rental and he was diligent on verifying my name to the reservation information I showed him. He said she did attend an HOA meeting via phone the next day but still no communications. Also, the main bedroom bathroom had a wildly large bidet that didn’t function, no big deal but odd to have in a whole home rental without leaving the remote.

Needs work

This property is not a professional rental and is very much a mom and pop run deal. Poor communication from the property owner, not giving me our entry instructions for two hours past the check in time to the point where VRBO was willing to cancel and refund the reservation, which would have left us searching for a new location after arriving by plane. Very old furniture and not very good quality at that. The master suite’s king size bed is lacking a headboard and is really two twin sized, hospital style, beds that look like they are adjustable but are unplugged and absent the controls. A bidet attachment for the toilet in master suite also unplugged makes for a very odd toilet seat. The furniture looks like something picked up at a garage sale. While the location is good and convenient to all the great aspects of Anna Maria and on a great beach, the building is not quiet. The master bedroom window looks at the street which is about 30 feet past the window, so you hear all the traffic going by. The decor is slightly different than the photos but it very much feels like you’re staying at grandmas house, so it’s not exactly a romantic place for a getaway.

Overall, perfect location, but a few friendly suggestions…..

Overall, you cannot beat the location and view of this condo. It’s RIGHT on the beach, awesome view and deck, and RIGHT near historic bridge street. You can walk anywhere, and with a trolley stop right outside, get anywhere on the island. The huge slider doors and view is the beach and ocean is wonderful! Spacious bedrooms and two full sized bathrooms were wonderful! A few friendly suggestions though that we encountered during our stay (and as an FYI for other renters): -It could use a thorough deep cleaning. It wasn’t terrible, but it was noticeable that it hadn’t been deep cleaned in some time. There was food stuck on the placemats, thick coating of dust on bathroom fan, etc. The sheets were clean and floors cleaned, and kitchen counters wiped down. Again, not terrible, just noticeable and a suggestion for the future. -As an FYI for others, there is no laundry detergent, dish soap or any bathroom toliteries/amenities. There was 1 bar of soap in each bathroom and nothing else provided(there are towels). We brought our own bathroom toiletries, so it was not an issue, however something to be aware of if you plan on doing dishes or laundry, you need to purchase dish soap and laundry detergent as a heads up. -A grill was advertised as part of the amenities. Coming from colder weather, we were excited to grill out for our Christmas dinner. After searching and not locating one, we messaged the host and said it had been discarded. I would recommend updating the listing so it’s not an amenity listed anymore in that case. Definitely not a deal breaker, but would’ve been nice to know ahead of time. -There were no checkout instructions as far as needing to take off the sheets, where to put dirty towels etc. From my experience with other rentals, usually I’ve seen more instructions. Again, not a deal breaker, but we were just unsure what the expectations were for this rental when checking out. All that said, overall, it was absolutely wonderful location and we would rent again. The above are merely suggestions and FYI for other renters. It really is a beautiful location and view you cannot beat!!

We had a amazing time. The place was clean and comfortable and we really enjoyed our time there. It was perfect. The only thing I wish I knew was no beach chairs etc. If there was it would made it so much easier. But I would for sure love to stay there again but be better prepared with a pick up of beach gear prior.

Why they chose this property

Anna Maria Island is unique in Florida in that the restriction on the building of high rises makes it a well preserved beach front community. The beauty of this location is both the private beach access and the proximity to the shops and restaurants on historic Bridge Street. In addition, the free trolley gives you access to all of Anna Maria Island with a stop just outside the door!

What makes this property unique

First and foremost is the spectacular view from the living room and kitchen and the magnificent sunsets! The off street parking for two guest vehicles is a plus.
