Luxury Condo with Heated Pool!

This is a beautiful condo with 2-bedroom and 2-bathrooms is conveniently located in the Bradenton Beach community.

There is a master suite complete with a king-sized bed, ample closet space, and full attached bathroom with a toilet, sink, and shower. The kitchen is equipped with the latest stainless-steel appliances such as refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. There is an expansive breakfast bar with seating for six. The living room area has comfortable couches and chairs with a flat-screen TV and direct access to the patio. The master bedroom has a dedicated bathroom which includes toilet, twin basin sink, and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink. There is also a twin sized day bed in the den for guests. A private elevator takes guests directly to the condo. There is also a stacked washer and dryer in a hallway closet to keep them out of the way and save space.

We offer four beach chairs and one umbrella for your visit!

With a small heated pool and covered patio, this property offers plenty of space and plenty of sun loungers to worship the sun.

This property is within walking distance of bars, library, beach, trolley stop, Old Historic Bridge Street district, shops, and restaurants.

Loved the location

Thoroughly enjoyed staying there, it was a very nice hondo & location location was perfect. The Host was always prompt to answer any questions. I would definitely stay there again.

Spring break family trip

We had a wonderful trip at this condo! It is in an excellent location for going to the beach and walking to Bridge Street for shopping and restaurants. The condo is nicely updated and had everything we could need. We would definitely stay there again.

Nice Condo and Great Location

The condo was very nice and clean. It had everything we needed. It’s just a short walk to the beach and trail for walking, biking, and running. It’s also just a short walk to Bridge Street, restaurants, and the fishing pier.

A cozy and quiet place

This place is cozy and quiet for your night after a long day. And for the morning, it's located by a easy stroll to the bayside or a quick walk to the beach. Can't beat the location!

Great location

I really liked this condo as it was close to beach and bridge street. With the spring break traffic it is best to walk as much as possible. Usually the area isn’t as busy however still we had no issues getting into restaurants or long waits. The only other issue with this unit is another unit is above it and you can hear the footsteps easily. This would not prevent me from coming back as I don’t spend that much time inside.

Spring Training and the Beach

We really enjoyed our stay in this nice sized unit in an awesome location. Close to the beach, Bridge Street and a short walk to a free pickleball court. Also a manageable drive to the baseball fields in Bradenton and Sarasota. We will definitely stay here next spring if it is available.

Very nice place

Spotlessly clean, a bit smaller than anticipated, but adequate. Not able to locate the pool very easily, then unable to use it because the house that is closer to it had a pool full of people partying in it themselves, so it felt awkward to go there. Also very hard time getting in to the electronic lock. It was very worn and we were almost unable to get it open. The location was perfect, we could walk to the beach which was SO close, and the bars, shops and restaurants were all right there, a quick easy walk…. Overall a very nice place. 😎

Very enjoyable!

The condo is very nice with classy finishes and plenty of room. The bedrooms were comfy and both bathrooms were well done and roomy. The location is terrific-central to Bradenton Beach bars and restaurants-very walkable area. The porch/deck area is a great place in the morning to hang out with your cup of coffee or later in the day with a cocktail. The owner and manager were extremely easy to work with and we were very pleased at how responsive they were to a few issues that we had-really great to work with.

Great Beach Spot - not great pool

This condo is super nice and very clean. If planning on cooking, very sparse provided. Not even sugar for coffee maker so bring all supplies. Super close to beach (can walk) and close to hop over to Longboat Key too. Pool was smaller than expected and didn’t seem kept up with which would’ve been nice for our 1.5 year old but overall enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic property!

This property is one of the best VRBO properties I have ever stayed in. The location is perfect. 3 min walk to beach and walking distance to many great restaurants and bars. Beautiful bay view from balcony. The pool was a great way to cool off after a hot day at the beach. The layout of the condo is perfect. It is updated and very clean. There is an elevator that is great for getting items in and out of the condo. Highly recommend this rental property!

Fabulous location!

So much fun! A beautiful property, clean and well supplied. An awesome location - just steps from the beach, dining and entertainment. The deck was lovely - great views with comfortable seating. The pool was very clean and the water nice and warm. We really enjoyed ourselves and had a fabulous time. The only negative was the noisy ceiling fan in the room with the queen size bed. It needs to be balanced so it won’t make the banging/knocking sound. Both beds in the unit were very creaky and wobbly. Not a deal breaker but an easy fix. We would stay again! The entire process was seamless from time of reservation to check out.
