New Gated Community w/ Pool, Pickleball + Partial Water Views on South CSB

Snowbirds are welcome!

Reservations include a complimentary beach gear package, $35 daily credit, personalized to fit your needs. Beach gear options include kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, corn hole, and much more. A link to customize the beach package will be provided after the reservation is confirmed. Applicable for stay durations between 3-21 nights.

Vacation on beautiful Cape San Blas in a two story, luxuriously decorated home. Featuring an open concept living space, kitchen, and dining area, and two balconies, Blue Haven has it all. Fully equipped for dining in with the family, yet close enough to downtown Port St. Joe to go out for the night. A starter supply of amenities is provided. Depending on length of stay, more may need to be purchased.

Open the door, kick off your shoes, and relax on the cozy couch while you watch the flat screen in the living room. Hop on over to the fully stocked kitchen to make a family dinner, or take the short drive into downtown St. Joe for a night out.

The downstairs guest bedroom features a comfortable king bed with a flat screen TV. Across the hall, is a guest bathroom hosting gorgeous tile and glass doors in the stand up shower.

When you’re ready to turn in for the night, head up the stairs to the remaining four guest bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms have queen beds, with the fourth offering a king. All bedrooms in the home have dressers for clothing storage during your stay.

Villa del Sol is an up and coming neighborhood on beautiful Cape San Blas! Amenities include a gorgeous community pool, 2 pickleball courts, and volleyball court! Villa del Sol features private beach access, just feet away from Blue Haven. Salinas Park is a short drive away with plenty of entertainment for the whole family. Plan your next vacation at Blue Haven!

Please be mindful, a starter supply of amenities are provided. Depending on the guests length of stay, additional amenities may have to be purchased.

Clean property in a nice location

overall very nice property with close proximity of the beach. We stayed there because the community pool was supposed to be finished but was not at the time of our stay however they did offer the option to go to an indoor pool in town for free but the weather was so nice we did not want to stay inside. Great communication during the stay! Would stay there again!

Perfect stay

This was such a great location. At first we were hesitant since we’d only ever stay on the peninsula but this was actually much better. We easily got onto the beach but we’re a short drive to the store and restaurants. Excited to see this development completed. Will be back for sure.

Great location!

We loved the location! The Villa Del Sol neighborhood is beachfront with access to the bay just across the street. It's within walking distance to The Smokehouse Restaurant, Happy Ours Kayak, and Salinas Park. And it's also quicker access to Port St. Joe. The house was a great value and had everything we needed. Brittany is a great host and wonderful to work with! Thanks for a great stay!!
