Could not recommend highly enough! Perfect location for what we were looking for. Fun and clean and accommodating. Also only a short drive from golf, casino, downtown, bay, and airport. Fantastic!

Great Vacation spot!

We had a family of 13 & it was perfect The kids loved the pool & the fact that toys for the beach ,Chairs & a umbrella was there for us to take to the beach. It was the perfect spot to get to everything. Thanks for making our stay Great!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The Home was bigger than expected. It was clean, well equipped, and comfortable. Everyone enjoyed the extra large pool. We had a few problems, but overall, I would recommend this home.

Everything was smooth from booking to check out. House was clean and welcoming. Comfy beds and nice outdoor area. Kitchen had everything we needed, plenty of towels. Mark was very responsive kind and helpful in his communications. It is very nice that there is a Publix within a 5 min walk as well as several takeout choices. It was a great choice for our group to congregate.

All was great. This would only apply for my visit. The parking and getting yo front door was hard with 90 year old The lighting in the 2nd “master” was not convenient having the main light on a string

This is a nice place to stay, but it is not luxurious

The location is great, and the property is, for the most part, as described. However, the house is old and tired. Understand, I would stay here again, and it was appropriately priced. Communication is outstanding. The pool may be the best-maintained feature. While the house was clean, it cannot be described as luxurious. It is comfortable and suitable for most people looking to rent in Carrollwood. Simply, the listing oversells the place. If you are looking for a place for a large group in Carrollwood, this is great. If you are looking for luxury, you will be disappointed.

Perfect for all ages

The property was beautiful. There were plenty of very comfortable beds, coffee and snacks provided in the kitchen, basics in bathroom (shampoo, conditioner, soap), an abundance of towels and lots of garage and driveway space. The neighborhood was quiet and wonderful to walk through (very safe/neighbors were friendly). I had a 2 and 4 year old so was happy to see there were no decorations in reaching distance to worry about protecting and there were high bolts on the back slider that led to the pool. The manager responded to all my texts immediately and helped with everything including wifi passwords (that were already listed in the initial info). It was within walking distance to a grocery store and several restaurants and a quick drive from all the attractions. We would definitely stay again!

Everything you need!

We were here for my daughter's graduation from USF. Very nice house in a great quiet neighborhood and close to shops/dining etc. Nicely maintained pool, and outdoor area. Amenities galore, we were all pleasantly surprised to find ALL the basics, in the kitchen we had spices, paper towels, soap, foil, to name a few. Bathrooms were all equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body bath, floss picks, Q-tips to name a few. All the important basics were included! Only suggestions for improvement are a couple of maintenance items (broken closet doors) but the ONLY thing this house was lacking was another bathroom which based on the spaciousness, we saw the possibility for this improvement. Management was super communicative and allowed us late check out. We loved it!

Wow what an experience at this home!

First let’s talk about how beautiful the home was ,very spacious inviting and very cozy . The rooms were made for comfort and had great lighting from the outdoors .We had a guest of 8 but it can truly serve 16 people (easy) . The kitchen is an open concept style and provides beautiful natural lighting from the ceiling (yes i said ceiling ) from the windows and the linial doors . The kitchen is also equipped with everything you can possibly need . Although the pool was cold it is an opportunity you do it want to miss up . It was refreshing as well as relaxing . The master bedroom has a walk in closet a nicely renovated bathroom with a (tub jacuzzi ) and sliding doors that leads you to the pool and patio. This Also brings great lighting into the room . Everything seemed to be upgraded for style comfort and luxury . Are you planning on going to the Aquarium, Stadium , Museum or Busch Gardens?? Or maybe your a foodie and wanted to try different types of food .No fear because everything is literally within 20 min distance most restaurants are within walking distance. Very nice quiet safe neighborhood so if you wanted to take a stroll you’ll be please to find that your neighbors has nothing to share but smiles (very friendly neighborhood ) . Mevon and Mark were awesome host responded to me in just minutes they were active in our stay with constant communication and was very accommodating to my family and I needs.You do not need to have second guess this beautiful home . My family and I will be comming back !!
