This cozy cottage has everything you need for a quick get-a-way, staycation or retreat! Newly renovated with all new appliances!

Master bedroom just upgrade to a king with all new furniture!

This 3 bedroom 2 full bath bungalow is a great home away from home. Everything you need and more to kick back and relax or have a full on work-cation!

MInutes from all the hot spots in town but seculded in a small neighborhood about 15 minutes north of downtown. This is in City limits near Busch Gardens, USF, Moffitt and more!

1 Full Bed- Front Bedroom

TV's are located in the main living area and ALL Bedrooms.

All House Rules are listed in the Vacation Rental Agreement as well as our "Welcome Guide" all rules are strictly enforced. They are common sense items but have the need to spell it all out(mostly since every rule has been born from someone doing something stupid : )

We do have cameras on side, front side and rear with cloud recording. While we do not monitor cameras at any time, we will refer to footage in the event of a problem or neighbor complaint

Great house!

This was a cute little bungalow house with a great outdoor space and pool. It was close and convenient to the theme parks. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything you needed to cook dinner at home. Neighborhood was not ideal, but we did not have any issues and enjoyed our stay.

Out of town but close to all

Property was nice and was clean. Was unable to enjoy the pool due to cold weather, but overall the location and the property was enjoyable for our families All-State band experience in downtown Tampa. 10 minutes away from the trolleys to get downtown and 8 minutes away from Busch Gardens.

We needed close access to moffit. This location was great for that. Master bed was great, slept awesome. Everything worked and was clean. Pool was nice and warm. Neighborhood wasnt really to my liking. Although i did feel safe and no one bothered us. We would visit again.

Nice property in transitioning neighborhood. Nice back yard. One neighbor played music all day on weekend. Not overly loud but a bit of a distraction when outside in nice back yard. Need to replace rug in living room.

Wonderful stay!

The house was exactly what we needed for our short trip to Tampa. The pool was on wonderful to cool off. Plenty of space for our 3 person family including a 1.5 year old. Some difficulty unlocking the house via the code, but that was mostly my fault as I had no phone number listed on my account. They were quick to respond and change the code. They had a backup lock box which came in handy in that scenario. Overall a wonderful stay and we would totally stay here again in the future!

The outlets in both bathrooms did not work and with a group of women that was very inconvenient. I would suggest putting small TVs in all bedrooms. There was confusion on check in/out times but it is what it is.

Modern Cozy Cottage

This place was everything and more! 10/10 recommend. My family of 5 plus my aunt came down for a cheer competition this past weekend and stayed for 4 nights. The house itself was perfect and set up so cute! The location was definitely an added bonus as well. It was close to everything and not far from the bay. The pool was a little chilly at night but with the day temps in the 90s I assume the heater did not kick on which is fine. I truly have nothing negative to say about this place and will definitely stay there again if we come back to the Tampa area. The only thing wrong which still was nothing major to me was there was still food left in the fridge and freezer, but the freezer had a brand-new unopened box of popsicles that my kids enjoyed so it was actually a plus for us lol. Thank you so much for the amazing stay and I most definitely will recommend for anyone wanting to stay in this area!

Disappointing

We stayed for four nights. I should have paid closer attention to reviews. Neighbours played loud music late into the evening every night and neighbourhood dogs barked incessantly. Spoiled any chance to sit out in the backyard by the pool.

A fun stay in Tampa

Overall, this property suited our needs. The house was very cute and clean and convenient to Busch Gardens which is where we were spending my youngest child’s birthday. We did, however, choose this property because it had a pool, but the pool was very dirty. The pool is cleaned once a week and we checked in at the end of that week, so it was pretty full of all of the debris from the surrounding trees. We still had a great time though after a couple of little hiccups. A really sweet house overall… just a little disappointed that the kids couldn’t use the pool more.

Wonderful quick Hurricane recovery Getaway

The stay was lovely. The neighborhood was a little loud on Monday (neighbors playing loud music outside while a game of Dominos inside) But they were friendly and minded their own business. We needed electric,Water and Wifi in order to continue our recovery From the devastation Hurricane Ian caused In our home and home town of Cape Coral. So I was not complaining of where we were location wise. We had plans in. Tampa for my husbands bday anyways and this was central to what we needed. The home was nice and cozy and provided us with comfort and solace during this time of crisis for our family and for that alone we are grateful. Thank you Lacey for allowing my family and dogs to stay. It was exactly what we needed. We will book again if we need to get away close to home and entertainment in Tampa.
