Room 4 - Four twin beds, Roku TV, walk in closet with toy chests and games for all ages, kids table with block stools, private bathroom with clawfoot tub/shower.

Main bathroom - tub/shower and double sinks. Lots of counter and drawer space

Back yard - cozy, private and securely fenced. Access right from kitchen slider. Fire pit, seating & patio lighting.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire property.
Other things to note
NOTE: There are 2 exterior cameras located near the front & back door used to assist arrivals, check departures, and for housekeeping services. Footage may be used to verify unauthorized pets. These cameras are NOT monitored. There are NO surveillance devices inside the home.

Pets are welcome (dogs only), up to two maximum with an additional pet fee of $35 per pet per night payable the day you check-in. Pets must be disclosed at the time of booking your reservation. IMPORTANT PET FEE INFORMATION: "Pet's stay for free" is an erroneous message on the reservation booking page. Airbnb will send an email requesting the pet fee on the day of your arrival. The registered guest is responsible for any and all injuries and/or damages to a person or property caused by any pet brought in, at, or around the Property. Guest must clean and properly dispose of all pet excretions immediately upon discovery. Guest will comply with any and all applicable pet laws, ordinances, regulations, rules, and policies. A $50 pet waste removal fee will be charged if applicable.

As a Guest of the home, we thank you ahead of time for taking good care of this space. We take pride in providing you with a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained home for you to enjoy. Guests shall leave premises in clean, undamaged condition. The tenant is responsible for the care of the premises, appliances, and furnishings and for any damage by negligent or wrongful acts caused by the tenant, tenant's guests, or pet.

We ask that before 8:00 AM and after 10:00 PM Guests are considerate of the neighbors and keep the noise levels low. Proxy lighting to be turned off when finished enjoying the backyard and fire pit.
