The property, area & temperature in July was beautiful with the walkability to Resturaunt’s, shops and beaches was perfect. Our one issue was the difficulty of finding street parking during the 4th of July weekend and during the street sweeping days. I would stay at this property again!

Great spot in a very walkable location, with beach, shops and restaurants nearby. The place was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Enjoyed the stay and would return.

Very nice place close to beach and 2nd st is about 3 blocks away and it has everything..place is very well kept up and it’s a great neighborhood..only negative is parking but we were here for a week and was always able to get a spot though sometimes a couple of blocks away but could always find one even with Baywatch filming right there on the beach and took up all the parking lot..we would definitely stay here again..

Our family had a great time staying in this beautiful home. It has a great location being close to Ocean Boulevard/Belmont beach and very walkable to 2nd Ave shops and restaurants. The complementary snacks and the coffee and tea station were a great touch and amenity for the home.

House and host where Amazing Within a block or two of the beach and a few blocks from second st where food and shops are located Host was just a phone call away and is very accommodating I would definitely recommend

Great little house is a great little location!! We really enjoyed our stay, even though it rained the entire time we were there. We'll have to come back to experience the beach in the sunshine :)

Relaxing stay

House has everything you may need for your stay close to the beach, parking is a bit of a problem but mostly everything is at a walking distance, we love our stay and wish we can come back soon!!!!

Charming and Comfortable- Great Location

We stayed here on a recent trip to Los Angeles. This is a great location, close to the beach and restaurants - very walkable! It was very comfortable and cozy and the owner was very communicative. Great place for a family to stay and enjoy SoCal.
