The place was fine. The bathroom was very small (I'm 6'1") and it was just a bit cramped. It was very close to many good restaurants and easy to walk to.
This is a great little house in a cool neighborhood! Waking distance to lots of restaurants and museums. It was clean and comfortable and the host was timely in answering any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again!

The unit itself was cozy, clean, and in a great Little Italy location. The host was communicative and professional throughout the stay.During our visit, there was significant street construction directly outside the property that made parking and accessibility challenging. While I understand this was outside the host’s control, it would have been helpful to have advance notice given the extent of the disruption.I also booked this listing in part because it appeared to include a desk/workspace for a virtual class I needed to attend, but the desk was no longer in the unit when we arrived. For future guests: if street parking is limited due to construction, we had success using UH Lot 119 on E 119th St, which was within walking distance and much less stressful than trying to find street parking nearby.Overall, we still enjoyed the stay and appreciated the host’s responsiveness. With clearer communication about temporary construction impacts and updated listing details, the experience would have been much smoother.
Super convenient location and cozy apartment. We stayed with our dog and loved that we could take him up to the park at the end of the street. We will be back!
Parking was always available. Not a lot of green areas for my dog to relieve himself as all garden beds are raised and he is a small dog. Small are in backyard was overcome with vines and branches. We found a way walking through a quiet neighborhood at all times of the day and night. I would recommend this apartment. Convenient, clean and comfortable.
Great quick trip with 3 of us! Sofia was very quick to respond with info and checked on us during our stay to make sure everything was good! Thank you!

noisy street with traffic noise. Beds are uncomfortable.
We decided to stay here because it was a great location and a special rate. It was brand new when we stayed so I was prepared for a few hiccups, but overall it was satisfactory. I’m giving them a 5 star review because of the potential it has. It was super clean and updated. The only complaints I had were that the metal bed frame on the bed in the front was really creaky, and the mattress was very firm, which I’m not used to, so I had trouble sleeping. There also weren’t any paper towels to be found in the kitchen. Other than that, it was a great stay, overall!
Cute apartment, good location close to restaurants, hospital and university. Loved sitting on the swing out front and reading. Host was very responsive great set up with WiFi and streaming services.

We wanted this location for the the proximity to Little Italy and the art museum. It was within walking distance to many restaurants. However, I was not notified until the morning of arrival that street parking would be a MAJOR challenge. It has been torn up completely for water line repairs and closed from 7am-5pm. The sidewalks all along the street are pretty treacherous from the construction and repair activities. I would never have chosen this unit had known this and am disappointed it was not disclosed in the listing. Also, the unit is on the ground floor and at night lots of loud activity could be heard from upstairs inhabitants. If you are older or have mobility issues at all, or children and use a stroller, I would not recommend this place until street repairs are done.
