Stayed here for a week with my daughter while my husband had surgery at the Clinic. Location was perfect since it was an easy 10 minute drive. Obvious care is taken to keep the unit clean and to add little touches that helped us feel welcome. Beds were super comfortable. Outlets are a bit limited because it is an older house, but the host added night tables with built-in chargers to help with that. Kitchen had pretty much everything you need for a short stay. A few shops, bookstore and small market within walking distance. The host was very responsive to our needs. Would advise that you get clear instructions on parking since the unit is on a small one way street.

What a great neighborhood that is so close to what cleveland has to offer right at your fingertips. Exceptional communication by owners. I grew up near this neighborhood so it felt close to home. The clean renovations of this classic cleveland duplex along with the retro urban chic simple furnishings were just enough to feel even closer to home. Only slept on the bed closest to the bathroom which was very comfortable. Will stay here when visiting again.

The place is lovely, great location, and the owner/property manager were extremely communicative. I used to live off of Larchmere, and can attest to what an awesome neighborhood it is! I'm very excited that Baroco restaurant is back, too. Amazing arepas.If I had one small complaint, it would be that providing one Keurig cup for a 3-night stay doesn't mean I actually have access to a coffee maker (unless I bring my own k-cups!) Aside from the environmental travesty that k-cups are causing, it's kind of silly to expect that someone is going to go out and buy a whole pack of k-cups so that they can have coffee for a couple of days. I'd much rather a regular coffee machine and some grounds!Like I said, small complaint. Highly recommend this place!

Amazing stay in Larchmere!!

Stayed for a weekend to go to a ball game and Rock Hall of Fame. The neighborhood is very quiet. Street parking was not a problem at all. The check-in process was so easy! The apartment was spotless! It is an absolutely charming place to stay! The porch was a fabulous place to enjoy an adult beverage and snack. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed, and the bed was very comfortable! I would definitely stay again!! The host, Ken, was always there if we needed him and he made the whole process very user-friendly! Thank you for an amazing experience!!

Lovely in Larchmere was a wonderful place to recouperate from surgery before heading home. Easy walking area, very close to parks, restaurants, etc. Easy to communicate with the host. Beds were comfy.

Mostly good

Quiet, safe neighborhood close to Cleveland clinic. Comfy bedding, basic provisions great communication from Ken.Sun head, lots of trouble with electricity from the Internet, causing tingly feeling in his extremities. Unplugging the Internet overnight meant that the downstairs rental renters could not receive Internet. We went to where this would happen can actually entered our flat to establish the signal. also, the pounding that we heard as we left was due to workers putting on new gutters we just learned about it as we left if we had wanted to stay and sleep, this would not have happened. Cleaner needs to also dust all windowsills and under beds. Location was wonderful though.

STAT CLEAR AT ALL COSTS! Book elsewhere!

Driving through the neighborhood was the first alarming thing to us; run down buildings, vacant properties, men loitering on the corners.. you name it. When we got to rental property Friday late evening, the code they sent did not work. I called them and was informed a new code will be generated and sent over. “Host” said oh it’ll get sent to you. We were waiting for it! And nothing.. I called and asked that it be read to me. So anyways we got into the apartment. Locked the doors behind us. The apartment looked NOTHING liked the pics. The pics showed bright decor and new kitchen… The place was not bright.. and the kitchen was dirty with used items in the cabinets. The door upon entering apartment had no lock, someone could’ve entered without us knowing given that the rooms are towards the back of apartment… I immediately contacted the app, “Vrbo” and we were on the phone and on hold for a total of about 2 hrs!! The rep said “my supervisor will callback.” No one called. I took ALOT of pics for evidence, because we wouldn’t even be able to get back into property if we wanted to, cuz we don’t have the new code that was provided to us!I spent majority of what was supposed to be a “relaxing” vacation on the phone with Vrbo customer service fighting to get a refund.. And they will continue to hear from me until I do.

Great location, very closed to Cleveland Clinic

This was a great location, as I had several appointments at Cleveland Clinic. We like the neighborhood, the street was super quiet and the neighbors were very kind. The property was well maintained and super clean. We will definitely stay here again. Ken was a superb host and responded to questions immediately. Thank you!

The Property is nice, the host is spectacular.

This is our second stay with Ken. Unforgettable i was unable to leave a review last time for some reason. Which was disappointing because Ken was incredibly accommodating, and helpful. I would recommend a stay here for anybody looking. Our trip was for surgery at University Hospital & location is fantastic for such a stay. At the hospitals in less than 10 min.

Great stay

Our stay in Larchmere was wonderful. Loved the quaint home and access to nearby restaurants and shops. We also had no problem with getting around without a car. Shaker Station was a short walk. Our hosts were easy to contact and we got quick replies to any questions we had.

Seamless and Cozy!!

Check in/check out process was seamless and very easy! Host was incredibly nice and helpful with everything we needed. The property was extremely cozy and was very easy to settle in to. Very clean and comfy, already looking forward to another stay!!

Lovely in Larchmere was lovely!

This is a very comfortable and clean stay. The beds, pillows, linens, kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed. Home was very warm and inviting. It was excellent value for what we needed.

This wonderful neighborhood is a great place to just relax or to enjoy the uniqueness Cleveland has to offer. Great location and quick access to anything in the metro area. 2 miles to hospitals, universities and about as much cultural goodness as you can muster! 5 miles to Downtown, Sports venues, Westside, Ohio City and surrounding attractions. Perfect location to stay and experience all that Cleveland has to offer. Walkable neighborhood. Busline and rail (the rapid) nearby.
