Brand new 3 story luxury Home.Perfect for large or small groups.6 large bedrooms.All new furniture&bedding. Lots of natural light. Gorgeous kitchen.2 Family rooms. Rooftop deck & Bar with fabulous views of Chicago. Near Chicago parks and attractions.Bus nearby. New washer &dryer. 4.5 bathrooms, blow dryers and all the amenities.2 indoor garage spots included.
The space
Sleeps 16 consists of 3 levels:

First Floor/Lower - This level is not immediately connected to the second and third floor. One would have to step outside either the front or the back door to gain access to the second floor. This set up is perfect when there are multiple families traveling together and would like some privacy.

- 1st bedroom - King bed and a Queen daybed with a twin trundle with a private full bathroom
- 2nd bedroom - King bed

This was our second time staying here and it is perfect for big groups. Having the extra space and separate areas was perfect. And the rooftop is a bonus!

Our group of 12 family members just spent a week at this property. We range in age from 13 to 75. Everyone liked this house and found it spacious, attractive, and relaxing. We especially enjoyed hanging out on the rooftop deck in the evenings. We could see the Chicago skyline, and even saw fireworks! The 2 car garage was also a plus. We had a few minor issues. Our host, Vince, was quick to respond and take care of them. He even checked in the next day to make sure everything was ok.This house was perfect for our family reunion. It would be great for a group of friends as well.

The house was great for big groups. We had 14 and everyone had a bed. One of the bedrooms doesn’t have the correct number of beds as what the listing says, but we made it work. I wish there was more seating in the living areas, but again, we made it work. It had everything we needed and enough space for everyone.
